Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Bryant

I am extremely EXTREMELY disappointed with the service I got Saturday. I normally order around dinner time but decided to order around lunch time which i will never do again. When I order around dinner time I get my food very quickly and its always done exactly how I want. When I order this time around lunch it took them nearly an hour for a simple order. And they forgot half my order. When I called to give them a special request on how to cut something they lady on the phone barely even listened to me felt like I was talking to a brick wall. I don't expect much just the bare minimum I feel like. The lady on the phone didn even ask for my name anything on my order just said okay and hung up. When I called back to try and tell they what they forgot I was left on hold and never spoken to! I'm incredibly upset and will not be ordering around...

My first time trying Marcos was a few years ago in Little Rock, when my husband introduced it to me.

So, I was pretty excited when they opened a location in Bryant. When they first opened, they were DELICIOUS!! I have avoided them for almost a year because whatever changes they decided to make.

I decided to try again on 04.02.23, for my son third birthday. He LOVES pizza! I thought if we added extra pizza sauce it would make it better. Nope! They only added extra sauce at the crust.. the remaining pizza had only a smear of sauce if any. We purchased for large pizzas that look like medium size pizzas. We paid for large pizzas and extra sauce and did not get neither.

Called to get a pizza delivered… we live in the new Del Ray neighborhood off Scott Salem and close to Congo, roughly 4 miles from this store. They put me on hold for at least 15 mins and then told me they couldn’t deliver to our address… I called two weeks ago to the day when we moved in and they delivered to this exact address during the day while we were moving all of our stuff in??? Talk about a joke, don't waste your time with this store. Won’t get my money moving forward and will definitely encourage folks not to waste their time with...
