Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Bryant

We used to enjoy eating Papa John's in Bryant until we switched to another establishment due to the lack of quality in Papa John's thin crust. From time to time my wife gets a hankering for Papa John's crust and we'll place an order.

The last 3 times we've ordered we have received pizzas that have a lazy level of cheese covering and WAY too much sauce even though we ask for normal sauce levels. The amount of sauce upset my stomach the last time and when we arrived home with it tonight it was even worse.

With every bite all I could taste is sauce, which isn't stellar to begin with in proper amounts, on the pepperoni pizza and the Alfredo cheese pizza hardly had any Alfredo. (See photos)

The inconsistency of this place has made it such a gamble that I wouldn't recommend purchasing here when we have far better tasting and competitively price pizza establishments...

Papa John's Pizza - Main Street - Bryant, Arkansas My opinion: As a restaurant owner you should know that you have one shot to make a lasting positive impression on a new customer - you blew it. You did make a lasting impression on me though, one that will lead me to never visit your establishment again. Just because you discounted my second pizza because I bought a large signature, doesn't mean you discount the quality, but you did. As a result, I ate two pieces and it is now in the trash, yes the whole pizza is in the trash; do I have to comment on the lack of quality, taste, and overall slim quantity of ingredients on the piece of cardboard you served me? Another point of aggravation is I tipped them a good tip when I ordered it online, I should have known better than to pay a limp noodle before the work was done. Sorry, no photos, I tossed it. HORRIBLE location. They have fired all of their delivery drivers and switched to DoorDash. Waited an hour for two pizzas, DoorDash messaged me and said Papa John’s told them they never received my order, so called Papa John’s, they said I had to call DoorDash to cancel my order, then DoorDash had to call them to cancel the order, then I again had to call Papa John’s back to initiate a refund. While on the phone I asked what happened and he explained it was all DoorDash’s fault bc they had told them it would be a few more minutes in the oven and the door dasher just didn’t want to wait and he left and never returned. So, I asked the MANAGER what they did with my order since it was supposedly in the oven, he said, “I don’t know, probably split among the employees.” So unprofessional. Will NEVER order...
