Subject: Absolutely Unacceptable Experience – Ongoing Issues Ignored
I am beyond frustrated — and frankly, I’m done giving this location more chances. This isn’t just a one-off situation. Nearly every single visit since this store opened has been marked by painfully slow service and poor order processing. It’s consistently turtle-paced, and nothing ever improves.
Today was the final straw. In an attempt to save time, I used your AI phone system to repeat my last order. I was told the order went through successfully, my credit card was charged, and I received confirmation it would be ready by 7:00 p.m. I showed up at 7:05 p.m., only to be told there was no order on record and essentially treated like I made the whole thing up. I even showed proof — the charge on my account and the confirmation text — and still, no accountability. I was brushed off and told to "call the main number."
So I did — only to find out it closes at 7:00 p.m. Central Time. How convenient.
This experience was not just frustrating — it was infuriating. I wasted time, money, and got absolutely zero support or resolution. If this is how your business handles paying customers, it’s no wonder you're losing trust. I will be sharing this experience publicly.

Read moreI just left this location. I ordered chicken tacos for my 9 year old. I asked if she could cut the chicken into smaller pieces as my daughter is disabled and has trouble eating large pieces of chicken. Instead of explaining why she couldn’t, the manager Jessica laughed and just said “No” with no explanation, and then said I could “do it myself”. Her attitude was hostile and rude. I asked for the corporate number and she walked away then proceeded to tell all the employees they were not allowed to give the Information to me. Others in line even made comments about her attitude.
I’m not asking for special treatment, if she couldn’t do it for my daughter she could have explained with kindness and compassion.
The other employees under her were all kind and apologetic. Jessica is in NO place to managing others.

I’ve given this Chipotle location multiple chances, but a clear pattern has emerged.
Visit 1: Arrived exactly at pickup time—no line—yet my food was completely cold (and I live just six minutes away). Visit 2: The rice was excessively salty, and once again, the food was cold. Visit 3: Arrived two minutes early but still waited 25 minutes in line. Once at the window, I was ignored for several minutes before being handed my order—which had been sitting there the whole time. If my food was ready, why the long wait? (Understaffing issue?) For the inconvenience, I politely requested a small drink, but the employee was unnecessarily rude in declining. When I got home, I discovered missing items, barely any rice, and no double steak (which I paid for). The irony? The employee refused to "give anything for free" yet didn’t provide what I paid for. And once again, the food was cold.
