I understand there was a new person there learning but when you get a sandwich wrong 3 times it gets ridiculous. I paid 8$ for a sandwich I probably should have just waited to make at home. This took 3 times as long as if I would’ve made at home. I’m glad they finally fixed it at the end but very annoyed. If they made a nice gesture like trying to offer me a brownie or the old sandwich to keep I would’ve felt a little more better. Although I wouldn’t have taken it because I don’t like Mayonnaise the gesture would’ve been nice. There was an excess of lettuce which makes me believe the proportioning wasn’t right. Worst sandwich experience I have had! First of all the racist vibes in this place are thick!! From both customers and staff. The lady who took my order looked annoyed she had to be at work that day or something. I even had to ask for a bag when my sandwich was ready from the same annoyed lady! I originally went to Jersey Mikes after waking up from the longest nap and working (I work from home) I was absolutely starving! But Jersey Mikes was closed as soon as I got there ☹️ I thought I was going to a Jersey Mikes that was open later but I guess it was a Jimmy John’s. The extremely kinda and helpful employee offered me a refund. I declined because I really really wanted a cold sandwich. You did not disappoint and I will be back again.
