Culver’s — Restaurant in Buckeye

Culver's usually rocks but this visit did not. I got a double burger and my wife got a grilled chicken sandwich. We split the fries. For some reason we are both very gassy when we left and all through the night. My wife was so sick that she suffered pretty bad. if that was the only problem we would chalk it up to fast food and just not visit there as much as usual but unfortunately there's a little more... We ordered the custard and ask for it laterbecause we didn't want to sit there eating ice cream while we're trying to eat our burgers and chicken sandwiches. 324 minutes after our food was delivered to our table they brought the custards. I looked at the receipt and showed it to the lady and said it says here in red, customer will pick it up later. I requested that she put it in the freezer and will pick it up in about 10 minutes. 10 minutes later we went to the front and ask for custard that were in the freezer. They spent a good 5 minutes looking for them. The lady that deliver them earlier walked by and I said to her, they can't find are custard where did you put them. she went to the back and we could see her talking to the other employees and they were having a little meeting about it for a good 2 minutes. Mean while we're standing there trying to figure out what's going on. a young lady at the register was observing everything going on and said let me just make you some new ones. So she did. I wish I would have caught her name because she's the only one that seemed to know what was going on. Good grief already.. it's...

Now this is exactly what I’m talking about good old ways of attentive customer service with modern generation I’m shocked Shout out to the sweetest kid in that block Christopher he is the most calm, efficient, awesome overall kid you’ll ever meet at a restaurant. Photos are an understatement let me tell you about this experience. I underestimated this place first of all I am a truck driver I know about rush hours where I can get the not so good food.I always see Culver’s on the exit sign for food however today was one of the best days of my eating out days of my entire life. He knew right away I was a first timer, his warming calm smile made me feel like I could ask what to eat like other fast food restaurants they look at you with their I can give a dam but order now face. Christopher is a GEM 💎 I tell you. He right away gave me options they were fast, however somehow still made me feel like I could eat there with no rush. The food was HOT like it’s suppose to be the expresso ice cream are to melt for deliciously delicious. Will never judge Culvers by its color. P.S. the culvers signs on the highways made me feel like White Castle vibes but absolutely nothing like it CULVERS fan for life well at least the one where Christopher and his cooks work at. Awful experience. Order of chocolate concrete mixer with hot fudge was given to me as vanilla concrete with chocolate sauce squeezed from bottle. Asked manager to fix my order and he said do I want a soupy hot mess that is what they give everyone when they order hot fudge. Did not apologize did not say anything to employee who practically stuck her nose to sniff it before giving the concrete mixer to me. I have worked in an ice cream ship, I have made many ice cream sundaes and I also do not expect an attitude when I go to Culver's to have a simple dessert. I am surprised that when I finally was given the product the employee with attitude practically threw it at me. The manager said enjoy and the two of them were laughing. Really. This is poor customer service, poor employee mentoring and poor company projection. The only person that acted professionally and repeated the order correctly back to my husband and I was correct. This Culver's is just down the street from our home but I guess nothing will be said to this male manager who got in my face and lied to my husband and myself. Happy fourth if July...
