Taco Bell — Restaurant in Buckeye

If you are a vegetarian or anything do not come here employees can not read and do not care even when you specifically ask many times! Do not come here hit any another fast food place. I went there on 11th a Wednesday around 7:42 pm, on the kiosk I ordered a Black Bean crunch wrap supreme with extra seasoned fries inside, once I got my food I noticed it was light so I opened to find no seasoned fries. So I ask a male worker if I can get it remaid correctly, he is very helpful and asks the short older lady with glasses who was making the food to remake it. She was highly unprofessional she had him explain, then tried to say I didn't get that, so then I have to show proof of my receipt, I thought that's was gonna be clear. But I presume a manager another short middle aged lady with blonde hair asked condescendingly didn't I get my crunchwrap already, so I then I bring the uneaten wrong one to her with my receipt and ask again if I can get it made correctly. Then she proceed to explain a third time to the lady with glasses how to make it. I get the new one it feels heavy and I trust that I got what I asked for cause I had to clarify so many times. I get home and notice my Black Bean Crunch Wrap taste different, so I open it and it has MEAT in it. I have eaten meat in years I specifically got the Black Bean for that reason, the first one was made with Black Bean, I don't know how much more I could have done to get my order right. Disgusted, angry, and highly disappointed I walk down to explain the situation. Very unprofessional I asked for a corporate number she gave me a number that I called that night, was put on voicemail, then a lady answered saying she was corporate and that someone would call me to fix this issue in two days. No one has called nor do I think that was corporate. The blonde lady even tried to say it's just hard for them to differentiate when it's regular or black bean. Which is a big issue how can you be so careless even after having it explained so many times. Then she said I could come back. No thank you. Worst experience at a taco bell and a fast food...

UPDATE: Its 2022 and this location is still a circus. Went yesterday and the girl at the register was freaking out that her drawer was $1 short so she was unable to help me. Two of the young workers apparently hate each other and were having a reality TV quality argument while making orders. A manager came to take my order, but I think she just needed to get away from the drama for a few mintues. And of course when I picked up my order there was something waiting on the counter that no one was sure who it belonged to. So no, nothings changed at the Verrado taco bell.

OP: Food is standard for taco bell and I rarely go here. My most recent experience was absurd. My daughter placed an online order that I went to pick up. I went in and there was a bag on the counter. I asked if that was for Bryce and the young man said no and asked if I was picking up uber eats. I said no my daughter placed an order and I gave him her name. Hes checking the computer and says they didn't have an order and maybe the order went to the wrong location. I wait for the verification email from my daughter and then a young lady comes to help. I show her the confirmation and she says they never got the order. I verify that its already been charged so she starts writing down my order to have it remade. All the while we are leaning on the counter next to an order that two people have said is not mine. The young lady takes my order over to an older woman who says she just made that order, "it's sitting right there". The young lady hands me the bag and says oops sorry about that. I walked out frustrated and realized I had several crunchy tacos in there that had been sitting for at least the 15 minutes I was there so I went back and asked them to remake the crunchy tacos, which they did. And the gave me a coupon for a free taco. It was a simple mistake that turned into a bit of an ordeal that could have been avoided had someone double checked the order on the counter. Instead they insisted that they had not even received an order. Hopefully they can be more careful...

I'm predicating this rating based on comparison to other Taco Bell restaurants. This store is part of the Verrado Marketside District just north of Interstate 10 in Buckeye, Arizona. The location is easy on - easy off the highway and sits at the base of the White Tank Mountains.

The architecture fits well with the retail developments "farm" theme and features a large wrap around porch with tables. Large glass garage doors roll up to allow movement from inside the restaurant to the porch areas.

There was adequate parking and easy egress into the store. The counter areas were well lit and clean with a clear view of the kitchen areas. The staff was friendly and my order was completed quickly.

It was difficult to find any "cons" to this store. I did find the placement of the fountain cup lids to be awkward. The trash receptacle was placed too close to one of the garage doors which has an air curtain device that wants to blow all your trash off your tray before you can dump it.

Overall, a very nice store and one that will surely do well in...
