Chaddsford's Bottle Shop & Tasting Room at Penn's Purchase — Restaurant in Buckingham Township

It's disheartening to see how Chaddsford Winery has changed, not just in its physical location but in its overall atmosphere and quality. Unfortunately, the wine quality has noticeably declined, and the treatment of long-standing, dedicated employees has been nothing short of disappointing.

It's evident that poor business decisions have been made at the sake and livelihood of its longtime hardworking employees, who were the backbone of this establishment. It's a shame that others won't get to experience the vibrant atmosphere and excellent service that once defined this place.

It's clear that leadership decisions, mainly under Corey (the head manager, who is seen maybe ONCE in a blue moon at this location, if you’re lucky) which lack the understanding of what truly drives a successful business, have led to the downfall of this location. It's regrettable that the livelihoods of loyal employees have been put at risk due to misguided decisions made by a man out of spite.

Now, it's time to be honest about the wine—it's simply not up to par. There are plenty of superior wineries in the area and throughout Pennsylvania that offer better quality products and a more organized experience.

The way a company treats its employees speaks volumes about its overall business practices, and unfortunately, the disorganization and lack of respect shown to employees reflect poorly on Chaddsford Winery as a whole.

My visits to Peddlers village always start with a stop at my favorite winery, Chaddsford Winery, located next to the dog accessories store.I was so upset to see the store empty and thought they were gone but the nice lady at the dog store told me they moved right behind the old location! Apparently, this is not part of Peddlers Village so you won’t see them listed on the PV website or in the pamphlet. We walked through the breezeway, across the small parking lot and there they were, in a cool, new spot with the same awesome wines. My bridesmaids and I visited for a bachelorette weekend,and ended up having an air bnb fail. Needless to say, as the bride I was devastated and near tears.
