This mom and pop shop was the only open donut shop before 5am. My first time coming in was me seeking chocolate donuts which, I did stop by another shop and they did not have chocolate donuts just chocolate glazed. The donuts were so soft and fresh + I was able to get a chocolate donut for my mom which she enjoyed. This place is okay. The donuts are pretty good and I like the kolaches. The inside of the store could be nicer, it's very basic and not the cleanest place I've ever been. The coffee is terrible. My husband got an orange juice out of the cooler the last time we were there and it tasted awful, like it was old or stale or something. They were nice about taking it and giving us a new one. The people working there are not the friendliest, but not rude. I prefer to drive into Austin or Kyle for a Shipley's donut when...

Don’t go there, the Asian lady I believe is the owner wasn’t friendly. I went there today on Mother’s Day, my son ordered me the jalapeño cheese kolache. When I first took a bit it was the wrong one. Didn’t see any jalapeño in it at all. I informed that it wasn’t the one I wanted.
