I will never come to this location. The person taking the orders did not follow their zig zag pattern of taking orders & instead took 2 people that were in the same line then proceeded to take the person behind me. & there was no way she overlooked me because she waved at me to make sure I saw her before she crossed to the other line. So when she proceeded to take the person BEHIND ME. I rolled down my window & said "excuse me, are you going to take my order?" Then she tried to pretend like she made a mistake then proceeded to try to tell me "oh well the way we take our orders is we go in a zig zag" & I said "yes I see that & you did not do that you took 2 people in the right lane then came to the left lane & tried to take the car behind me" Then she goes "oh do you want me to get my manager?" then walks off to get her. Like no. I want you to take accountability for your poor customer service. So the "manager" comes out & is extremely dismissive & tries to tell me the same thing about the zig zag. I informed her that her employee did not follow their way of doing things then proceeded to take the car BEHIND ME without taking my order. She had nothing to say when I told her that. No poor excuse to be given about that. Then goes "well im sorry if that was your experience" I said "no not IF. That was my experience". Then she goes "oh well I'll just go ahead & take care of this drink for you if that was your experience. Have a nice day." Then walks off. I will NEVER come back to this location. The employees at the location in Kyle are soooo much friendlier & more efficient that even when it's out of my way I will still go there. This place put such a bad taste in my mouth that I don't even want this drink anymore. & I hope that employee & that "manager" have an experience that makes them feel the way I did today & that they remember this review when it happens.

The line was kind of long- 10-15 cars- they were walking around with a tablet to take orders, but they donāt ask a name or anything to identify your order. After ordering we were in line for 30 minutes (expected on a sat afternoon) and assumed when we got to the window our drinks would be ready- nope. They asked all our drinks again and made them why we sat at the window. What other drinks were being made while we waited in line (after ordering)?
