KFC — Restaurant in Buda

Fries were great. Overall though, a horrible experience based on customer service and the disgusting state of the restaurant. If they don’t want to serve LJS customers, perhaps they should close that side. I stood at the counter for a while before someone finally helped me. Should’ve been clue #1. I ordered, grabbed my drink and went back up to wait on my food. A lady who came in after my order was placed, ordered and received her family pack while I was still waiting for mine. Then I saw the fryer drop two pieces of chicken into the fryer. I thought surely those aren’t mine. Sure enough!! After more standing there waiting, the timer went off, out came those two pieces of chicken and onto my dine in tray. THEY FILLED THE ORDER BEHIND ME BEFORE EVEN STARTING TO COOK MINE!!!!! I had plenty of time while waiting to take account of the dilapidated state of the restaurant. It’s 5 pm. Dinner rush hasn’t started and this restaurant is still trashed. No pride in ownership here. See the pictures for yourself. It was actually worse than the pictures. No one came out front to try to clean anything the entire time...

My mother and I went here for drive thru and it was an awful experience. We bought an 8 pc combo and then my mom wanted just chicken tenders not a combo because we already got sides with the 8 pc combo. So she asked how much 6 piece tender was that wasn't a combo and the lady said $11.99 which made no sense because a chicken tender 5 piece box is $8.99. So my mom brought that up and the lady said she couldn't do anything about it. So we pull up to the window and I looked up how much a 6 piece tender that isn't a combo was and it said $6.99. So we brought it up to the lady and she said there wasn't anything she could do because it's one button. So we asked for a manager and explained and showed him how much it says online and he had the same snarky attitude and said he couldn't do anything. Just terrible service. And then when we came home, the chicken was old and gross and the biscuits weren't even cooked all the way. Terrible and rude service. Always teenagers running the place and never know what they're doing or how to treat people. Don't...

Went to KFC today and was extremely disappointed. I bought the 12 piece tender family meal and spent almost $40 for what seemed to be some frozen tenders that looked like they were bought at the Wal-Mart behind the KFC in the same shopping center. Also the sides seemed like they were just heated in a microwave. I hadn't been here in a while so I was not aware that they changed the items on the menu. I recall coming here and actually getting real chicken tenders. The tenders we ordered were so small they looked like they belonged on the kids meal. To spend that kind of money and get this kind of product should be criminal. I will never come back to this KFC (if any at all anymore) ever again. One more fast food joint I won't be visiting. Cooking at home more often is going to become more regular...
