Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Buda

I do not recommend this particular Buda Pizza Hut location. You should give your money to the Kyle location instead. I ordered at 4pm for a 6:30 pm delivery of a single pizza and 2 Italian salads. Their store was out of stock on soda so I didn't order drinks. The menu says the salad comes with creamy Italian dressing, but no dressing was on the salad or provided in the bag. According to their app tracking, they waited to put my pizza order into the oven until after 6:30pm. Then the app tracker didn't change for another 40 minutes, so I called the store to see if there was a problem. The person on the phone stated my pizza was out for delivery, but a few minutes after I hung up with the store, the app tracker updated to my order being out for delivery. So it appears the person on the phone stretched the truth a bit. The pizza arrived another 15 minutes later and it was cold. I provided my own oven to heat the pizza back up and provided my own Italian dressing for the salads. So..an hour after I had requested the pizza to arrive..we were able to eat after I continued to provide the food service the business didn't bother to do for the $50 order plus the cost of the delivery tip amount I can't change...

Tamara Clark = very unprofessional. We called in to check on our order she was very rude told us 2hr wait after the website said 1hr. She then just hung up the phone on us not once but twice. Also when I called back the 2nd time I asked for corporates phone # well she said she had just started her first day on the job and manager and she didn’t know the #. Isn’t she funny? Worst customer service ever! I work in customer service I even know better than to treat one of my customers like this. Very unprofessional! You should train her better on how to assist customers instead of acting a fool with them on the phone. If I could give u 0 stars I would.

Also assistant manager is Jp, he didn’t do a thing to make it right either.

So when our relievers driver comes he co firms that Tamara wasn’t there as a new manager he said she’d been there for more than a year. What a hoot this Tamara this. Save your money don’t come here! What a waste. Never going to order pizza from here! I’ll figure out corporates number Tamara don’t you worry girl. I’ll google it.

If you want cold pizza, your order lost, horrible service & a 2-3 hour wait time- you’ve found your place!! First time we ordered here- they completely lost our order- repeatedly insisting we ordered elsewhere- when finally I showed them the phone number I called- they explained they would go ahead and make it, this was after an hour 1/2 of waiting- no discount was given.

We gave them a second chance, and this time our delivery guy simply never showed up. When I called- 2 hours later, we got blamed by the manager there, stating it was our fault. He said he would resend our old pizza- when I explained we didn’t pay for a cold one he got rude, & resent the cold one anyway.

This final time we ordered our pizza, and called exactly 2 hours later curious for an explanation. Right out the gate the lady who answered was extremely rude & when I explained to her I was upset she didn’t say anything- she just put me on hold & let the manager speak. I thought he may be nicer- however I was wrong, he couldn’t get me off the phone quick enough & was rude the entire time.
