I usually go to the Kyle location, they might take a little longer but, never have had an issue with them being unsanitary....i was hesitant to make a review because I did not want to shame or get someone in trouble but, I don't understand the reaction after I was super nice and discreet when correcting my sandwich artist. went in for two subs, the young lady making my sandwiches did not greet me as I came in, she was toasting another woman's sandwich with her back turned, with ear buds in her ears.... lip synching and minor dance motions weren't the issue, but she was more into the music than attention to the customers. the manager seemed to be conducting an interview in the corner so I didn't want to be a pest. as she was checking out the lady in front of me, I noticed she was still into the music "lip rapping" some words saying out loud but still didn't have any concurrent communication toward the customer. (and I still wasn't greeted) she finally said to the lady "You want chips"? ...then finished cashing her out. if I'm correct and remember your supposed to ask to add chips and a drink. anyway it came down to me, she finally greeted me, but the problem came when I told her what kind of bread I needed for both sandwiches. she went to grab the white bread, then after cutting it went back to the warmer to grab the other bread , set it on the counter, then reached into her pocket grabbed her phone (WITH HER GLOVES ON) bent down as if she was incognito , and texted or typed quickly stuck the phone back in her back pocket and went to start cutting my bread. I was not fond of her touching my food I'm about to put in my mouth, after touching her phone. I nicely asked the young lady to please change out her gloves, with a huff and puff she did so. I even asked her please not to be upset with me, there is too much sickness and germs going around and that I'm feeding this to my children that's why I'm so paranoid. I would've done the same for my own sandwich but I was trying to educate her lightly so it doesn't happen to someone else. I know for a fact your supposed to learn about sanitation while taking the sandwich artist exam. (yes I used to work for subway long ago as a teen) . heavy communication is not necessary, but acknowledgment and courtesy are when waiting on a customer. The other stuff only bothered me because I felt she was zoned out , that's possibly why she didn't think about her actions. I would've said something to the manager there as he ended up checking me out. I had a long day and just wanted to eat our dinner and get home. not only was I upset with the service, and sanitation...my bread tasted NOT fresh threw mine away. I won't be returning while this person is working again. or...
Read moreDo not go here unless you want your food made by someone high on Fentanyl. I ordered online, within 2 minutes got a call that they were out of Tuna and Steak. I asked to cancel, since the app doesn't let you cancel, they said I had to cancel through the doordash app, I tried explaining multiple times I ordered through the subway app. Drove to their location, was less than a 2 minute drive as I was right behind the store. When I went inside, they had both steak and Tuna on the line. The Tuna looked dry, and you can tell it was not kept to temp, so I ended up having to change the sandwiches and even with the printout from the online order and me telling the guy who was almost like a zombie what to put on the sandwiches he still kept putting the wrong veggies on the sandwiches. After he was done, he wrapped all the foot longs into separate 6" portions and then proceeded to try to charge me for an order I had already paid for.
I will not be going to this location again. I am surprised they are still open with service like this. The Subway I used to manage would never have sunk this low. The gra chose owner needs to step in before they lose this location as it is going downhill fast and about to cause someone to get sick or worse.
The herb and cheese bread was made in a way all the cheese was just globbed on the middle of the bread and not uniformly spread out, and none of the sandwiches had much...
Read moreThis has happened once before, gave the second chance and here we are again with the same outcome. Ordered two platters for a professional event online using the Subway catering. I will never return to this location again! Went to pickup at the designated time I was given, only one box was made and I was told that was it. After me having to argue that 10 subs do not come out to $122.00 that I paid, the manager finally made my second platter box making me late for my event. To make matters extremely worse than me being late to my own event, the embarrassment of the quality of food given to me was unacceptable!!!! Bread was hard and dried out, no toppings on any of the sandwiches that I picked out and the presentation looked NOTHING like what I thought I was purchasing online. Be advised, I STRONGLY STRONGLY suggest NOT catering from this particular Subway for any function... If I could give no star review then that would be...
