Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Buena Park

First of all let me start by saying that this place has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever been worthy of seeing, a 10 year olds lemonade stand has better customer service than this place has, the first time that I’ve been to that chain there was this younger looking Asian girl (didn’t get a chance to catch her name both times) that works there and she took both my order and my partners order and I’m a very nice and passive person when it comes to people who are a bit unpleasant or unprofessional to say the least. When she first took my order she had asked how I wanted my order but I could not hear her over the counter and so I had asked her again politely what she had said and with attitude and an eye roll she had repeated what was it that I wanted, at first I thought nothing of it because I do not have the time to go down to her level and act as childish as she did, so she then gets annoyed that I had asked for extra steak and just passes over my order to the next individual working there. The next time that I go there it’s the same worker, she had started to take my order and she asked what type of beans I had wanted but due to her trying to rush the order (despite I was the only one in line at that moment) I was still looking at the menu to order more food, (I didn’t even bother ordering more food because I didn’t want to spend another second with that child that was handling my order) and I didn’t hear her yet again and I had told her “I’m sorry I didn’t catch that” and she then proceeded to give a passive aggressive response by asking again what I wanted on my burrito, and had asked me 3-4 times in a passive aggressive manner and she rolled her eyes when I had told her if she could put brown rice. I Avoid this place like it’s the plague due to how badly customers get treated and I’m not the only one she has been rude to, she has given many other customers bad attitude and is always trying to rush orders out the door and God forbid you ask her for an extra side or if she waits longer than 2 seconds to hear your response because you’ll be interacting with a child for the rest of the time you have her. This is the worst chipotle I have ever experienced! I ordered food through door dash and the dasher picked up the wrong order (NOT OUR FAULT) so door dash asked if we wanted to order from somewhere else or if we wanted the food we ordered from chipotle. We said please bring us the food we ordered. When the dasher tried to get my order Chipotle refused! They said they would not take our order! A couple of weeks later (present day) we tried to order from them again even though I said I wouldn’t order from them again, and we got a notification saying that they would not accept our order and then when I went back to check the status it said that Chipotle was closed. So I called the store and they were NOT closed! Idk if they flagged our account or what but whatever they did is absolutely ridiculous! We will never order from chipotle again!

Usually, I don’t have an issue with Chipotle, but tonight really made me not want to ever go back. I walk inside and the guy is on his phone (in front of another customer). He uses the same gloves that he touched his phone with to grab food for the customer in front of me. Then, I ordered my food and he still used the same gloves. I should’ve said something but I didn’t want to be confrontational and create a scene. So I told him what I wanted and they didn’t have any corn, lettuce, or guacamole. I came for a simple veggie bowl with white rice, pinto beans, cheese, mild salsa, lettuce, corn, and guacamole. They simply told me they didn’t have half of those ingredients and proceeded to charge me for my food anyway. The bowl wasn’t even half way full so I walked back in to the same guy and he only gave me rice. He said that’s why you can’t come at night. I understand it’s right before closing but everything is refrigerator-able so I don’t see the issue of grabbing those ingredients for a few customers (I wasn’t the only one).
