I normally don’t write reviews, but the staff was rude. I went in today to use the bathroom and go through the drive-through to purchase a drink. She told me I must purchase a drink or something in order for me to use the restroom and I find that very rude talk about “ policies” because I’m literally going through the drive-through and in a hurry I must come in to use the bathroom and they’re asking me if I’ve purchased something when I’m just going to use the bathroom first I was not going to walk to my car to go get my wallet to then go in the store and purchase something then to used the bathroom nor was I going to walk back to my car and go through the drive-through to then go back inside to use the bathroom .Outrageous .Not to mention they take forever on make one the drink I have to go thru the drive thru because it’s quicker This is not kindergarten and I shouldn’t need permission to use the restroom. Read moreUPDATE 2023-12-6: Rude employee shocked me and bystanders! . . . I have not been treated so rudely by an employee as by one of the servers at this Starbucks. I said "Excuse me," three times over the span of five minutes, and she ignored me all three times! The other customers around me looked at me in shock. They couldn't believe she was being so rude. Finally, I said, "Excuse me!" a fourth time, and she looked at me and said impatiently, "I ONLY HAVE A MOBILE ORDER FOR JOSEPH!" I smiled and said, "That's ME." She handed me my food and drink without a word and walked away without apologizing. This is truly the rudest service I've had!

Read morePoorly managed this place is. They don’t acknowledge you once you come in and if they do, they’ll speak to someone other than you. I call it descrimination. I came in before someone else and I was working for Uber eats and one of the employees decided to ignore me even though I was standing right in front of the pick up. I’ve waisted 20 minutes to pick up that order which is way too long for an Uber driver to pick up. You actually have to go up there and yell so they can get your attention or else you’ll be waiting for your order like me. Also that one employee I’m referring to, she’s very petite and the skinniest one there so if you’re seeing this, you’re not doing your job right and whoever hired those employees needs to hire better...
