Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Buena Park

Placed an order through the app (first time customer at this location on Dale in Buena Park) and this will be my last. Ordered the fantastic 4 pizza which is advertised as 2 slices of cheese,cheese and pepperoni, 2 sausage and bacon and jalapeños and pepperoni. What I received was one slice of sausage and 3 cheese slices. The second pizza ordered was sausage and pineapple. All the topping were in the center of the pizza with only cheese from the crust to the toppings with a 3-4” of just cheese. Talk about skimping with ingredients. I called the phone number listed on the website only to be transferred to a “central call center that we cannot disclose” and a thick East Indian accent customer service representative reluctantly answered my call. I asked to speak to the manager and was put on hold for a few minutes only to be told that the store did not answer the call and the only option he has left is to call back one more time and request a call back. He did advise I can go back to the store…(more gas and time) to speak to the manager after they already screwed up our dinner to resolve the issue. He stated that he cannot guarantee I receive a phone call back from this establishment. I replied back I will request a refund through my credit card company and contact the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and you can let the company know I will file a formal complaint. After seeing all the negative reviews with this location, I should have done more research initially before letting my appetite make the ultimate bad decision. If anyone reads this and decides to order from this establishment, check your pizza before you depart from there or you will be pissing in the wind trying to rectify an issue by requesting to speak to...

I came here to order 2 cheese pizzas and they told me it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. I waited 28 minutes for my food and the employee tried to come and attack me saying that they didn't tell me it was going to be 10 to 15 minutes. It's insane that I've gone to 2 other locations besides this one HOPING this Buena Park location would prove me wrong that not all Little Caesars are like this, but once again I got let down again. First time in a long time have I gone to this location, I don't think I'll ever want to be back again. I don't even know if I'll ever want to come to another Little Caesars again. Just recently, I was at another location in Stanton and it didn't look busy at all. I asked them for their cheese and they had non available at the moment once again telling me it was going to be a 10 to 15 min wait. I just walked out. I would've accepted 5 min or so because if it's empty in your warning oven, I would assume you would start prepping up some for the future customers, but that didn't seem to happen. beware of this girl named julissa, she has the worst attitude, i ordered a pizza (that was undercooked and cold),and a cookie dough brownie and she asked me which kind of cookie i wanted, since i didnt know which kind they have i said just give me whatever you want, she got really upset and asked me in a very angry way "i am not going to ask you again, which one you want" i could'nt believe her attitude, normally any worker would just grab whichever he or she wanted, no, not julissa, she had to let me feel how much she hates her job, so i told her, "i dont need your attitude, just give me whatever you want", so she grabbed the brownie and tossed it rudely on the counter, normally i would have left but i was really hungry so i had to put up with her attitude, there are other reviews here about her, light skin hispanic girl with big soggie....bouncies, anyway i wont be coming back i will talk to the manager and i encourage anybody else that had a bad experience with this unhappy "julissa" to post their experience here and in all social media about her hopefully she either changes her ways...
