It's called 24 hr. Fitness, and it's GREAT if you've been a member for a really long time, so (for some) it's still affordable ENOUGH that the under-maintained stair-masters aren't worth cancelling over. And the staff are almost always a friendly plus.

BUT after selling hundreds of thousands of memberships based on the IDEA OF WORKING OUT ANYWHERE ANYTIME with an "all club membership" 24-hr Fitness gets an "F" for follow through.

Fat Lies: MY "ALL CLUB MEMBERSHIP" is refused in not one, but ALL THREE of their new local clubs. I am just NOT ALLOWED IN. Unless I pay more. How is that even LEGAL?

You heard me. The CLUBS they bragged about adding while selling me an "ALL CLUB" membership forbid my use without paying to "upgrade"-something never mentioned, and not in my contract!

"What? I asked, frustrated. "They already closed the club closest to me. I paid for ALL CLUBS for a reason!" I stated. "NOT the PREMIUM clubs. These offer towel service and massage." Ok, joke, right? The man did NOT just tell me the "all gyms card doesn't work at clubs that offer a towel?" "For FREE?" I asked, confused. I came here to get A WORKOUT, NOT A TOWEL OR MASSAGE! "You can use the towels & leave them in the laundry, & the massage is paid for by appointment." Not even a free towel, the use of one.

I'm appalled. The SALESMAN PROMISED these ridiculous "options" clubs would be 'Limited to 2 or 3 high-end locations in CA- for places with royalty, like CODO DE CAZA, Beverly Hills, you know, FIDDY CENT'.

Now I'm told to 'PAY UP!" "WHAT?! This is SANTA ANA, BUDDY! I missed a drive-by just now!"

HELLO 24-HOUR OWNERS:

Failure to meet "Projected Profit Potential" expected from the dependable "New Year Resolution Newbies" who we all know pay, play, & fade every February, making the sauna and circuit training wait a nightmare they don't realize is as temporary as their commitment, and fail to cancel that pesky checking account setup,

Does NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT to add sweat towel use & pay per massage services as an EXCUSE BLOCK "ALL CLUB MEMBERS" ACCESS WITHOUT PAYING MORE to "UPGRADE"-higher!!!

WHAT'S THE DEAL? THE WHOLE POINT of 24-HOUR Fitness is-NO, WAS "A convenient, accessible, affordable spot to EXERCISE." -NOT $16 a month EXTRA for "ACCESS" to a services I don't want!

There are new gyms opening all over for $10 a month because of this **, SO YOU KNOW WE HATE IT!! AND, "If you've been sued for it" in the past, wink, why "add some fine print," & DO IT MORE? Where's the trust?

At this point, an upgrade will just result in further segregation & name-changing, so forget selling "24-hr Fitness" as an "ALL CLUB LOCATION" service EVER again. NEW locations will demand higher monthy rates, get used to it or cancel.

"THE REAL 24-hr PLUS SUPER EXTRA PREMIUM," featuring ACCESS to SANTA & STARBUCKS -JUST $10 MORE a month!" - coming soon to a mall near...

Glad to see this place returning so some sense of normalcy, with the so-called demise of suburban shopping malls in America! Now after pandemic concerns, economic downturn and increased online shopping, it’s been an uphill battle for this medium sized mall! I’ve often stopped by here after dropping off visitors to Disneyland, Knott’s, museums, shows and conventions, while waiting or before returning to get them. It’s also a convenience for visitors staying in the area! Just as the internet took customers away from the malls, this mall can welcome them back! As it is a place to go once again for family shopping, dining and entertainment. Locals and visitors may opt to browse the physical stores for items while away from home, when doorstep deliveries may not be optimal. Sadly Sears is closed, as is the other shops I used to go to, including GNC. Fortunately, the 24hr Fitness Gym is still open and the biggest Walmart I know of, a quick stop for convenience items is here. Especially helpful when there’s few such store’s on the west side of LA! We can’t forget the kids, with a My Gym workout to get started! There’s unique speciality shops, good for holiday shopping. Van’s and DSW shoe store’s are popular with the kids. The Big Air Trampoline Park has several trampolines and other fun thrills, kids will love! There’s a downstairs dining and entertainment center, John’s Incredible Pizza Company. They’ve got a buffet, game room and rides. There’s also the Asia Buffet on the backside, with outdoor access. The small outdoor area beyond the restaurant is the Krikorian Metroplex Theaters, front and center for the Krikorian Courtyard. The outdoor plaza is a nice addition to the indoor mall, with additional shops and restaurants. While some are quick to criticize the mall for its vacancies and downplay its success despite the odds, it’s still an important asset for its value to...
