Bison Creek Bar and Dining — Restaurant in Buffalo

There was at Bison Creek with my mother and a friend. Wednesday night all you can eat BBQ ribs. Which came with fries. The original order of ribs was okay the ends were a little dried out but was still able to eat them. I'm glad I didn't i forgot to order mine without sauce. We each got one reorder which contained 3 ribs. The meat was so hard, burnt, and dried out you cou use the meat hammer in a nail. I told the waitress about it nothing was done to correct the inedible meat. Will not have the ribs again. When the system was running it was loud so it made it difficult to talk to each other. There is a machine in the arcade area that keeps making pig noises which is really annoying. Overall not a good night at Bison Creek.

Tried Bison Creek again. Friend had 4 piece Broasted Chicken with onion rings and mash potatoes no gravy. I had New York Strip with mushrooms and onions and broccoli. Steak was grisly. FYI the price on the menu is for the entree, they charge extra for your sides even though the menu states that...

So I had decided to place an order for pick up through door dash. That all went fine and smooth. I go to pick up the order, wait close to 10 minutes and no one has approached me asking what I needed so I said screw it saw some bags sitting back by the bar, checked the receipt and determined they were mine, grabbed them and left. They managed to make a turkey and Swiss greasy, kids pasta with butter and chicken barely had any butter on it and the chicken was overly seasoned with pepper and dry, the chicken Alfredo didn't have any chicken so I paid $19 for a plate of stiff pasta with canned sauce on it, flavorless and nasty. The French dip was soggy on the bottom I'm guessing from the condensation, maybe try a different method for to-go orders to avoid this. The meat itself was chewy. The salad that I had to pay extra for tasted like it was either very old or it accidentally froze and then they thawed it out and served it. I will never be eating here again, this was the most disappointing restaurant experience I...

When the waitress finally brought our salad and soup she also brought our dinner at the same time and when we informed her that we didn’t want our dinner with our soup and salad she said, “well, you win some and you lose some “. When Les the owner came to our table and we informed him of the situation and now our dinner is getting cold! He didn’t do anything. So we spent $40.00 for a cold meal, Couldn’t even ask her for any condiments cause she never came back to our table so we ask the other waitress. Besides that it was freezing inside.
