I ordered a family bucket meal all white breast meat in Peta Premium for it. I got a regular bucket of original recipe chicken when I got home with it. When I called the store multiple times, no one picked up the phone. When I finally started leaving a message, someone picked up the phone. I was audibly upset at this point. The person gave me the "mistakes happen" and more excuses but really not an apology. Then, he proceeded to yell at me about my attitude for their mistake, and told me that he could send me something in the mail. My only options were send me something in the mail or drive all the way back - I don’t live in the same town as the restaurant - to have them fix my order. Meanwhile the manager continue to yell at me because I was upset. This is how he decided to de-escalate the situation. Horrible customer service. With somebody like that in charge, it’s very obvious why the workers aren’t fulfilling orders correctly, and I don’t blame them when their management is like that. Update: arrived at the store. Was being polite to the drive through person and manager interrupts and says to just drive forward. I arrive at the window and explain I brought the other chicken back because I didn't think it was right to keep it - wasn't yelling or sounding angry. He proceeded to yell at me through the drive through window. He did end up giving me the correct order and the money (which I said I wasn't looking for an entire refund and food - he yelled that it was what he was going to do). Read moreI have not had kfc in a long time so I went through the drive through just to buy some family meal the way the manager was talking to me was very rude. First of all the menu is so confusing why is a 12 0c meal cost $45 ?? But then on the menu has a different price on there, instead of the manager to take his time to explain the menu he proceeded to say bye! and said that chicken is not cheap. Sir I don’t mind paying for a 12 pc for $28 but as a meal for 45 meal, you can easily get that somewhere cheaper ! That’s not the annoying part. Being a person of color you don’t tell me that chicken is not cheap!! Just to degrade me infront of your employee. I bet you won’t say that to your other customers. The young lady proceeds to tell me she doesn’t see the order in her system and I need to have my wife produce proof of bank purchase. I do this and then she tells me she needs an email confirmation. We didn’t get one but the money was pulled from my wife’s account. At this point I’m upset because the way this was handled was completely unprofessional and the young lady acted as if she didn’t even care. Now my wife whom doesn’t get around too well because of a car accident a few years back is up trying to cook for our family which I will have to take over after working all day because I don’t like seeing her in pain.
