The doughnuts at Moon are delishious. Their apple fritters are hands down the best I have ever had! I like that you can request a doughnut to be filled with the filling of your choice. However I had to give it a two star rating because of the older lady with the glasses and ponytail that works there. She is so rude, so nasty, I am just amazed she has a job. It is clear she does not want to be there! Today we ordered two chocolate doughnuts to be filled with buttecream. First she said that there was no buttercream until we said ok no problem and started to leave. Then she changed her mind and said they did have buttercream and she took the two chocolate doughnuts in the back to fill. When she returned the doughnuts were already bagged. When we got to our car we look in the bag and its two bacon maple doughnuts with no filling. ??? We were positive she purposely gave us different doughnuts than we ordered and switched them in the backroom. She carried the doughnuts back there! How did they magically change? We were the only people in the store. and this is not the first time this has happened. It seems she gets upset if you want a filling that is something other than what is already in the case. When we went in to return the bacon doughnuts she snaps at us, "What do you want now? Did you forget something?!" I love Moon doughnuts but I will take my business back to Cub for my doughnut needs. I refuse to deal with some nasty, snarky employee who has some weird ax to grind with customers. If you can't do the job you were hired to do then quit and let...
Read moreTerrible! My son ordered the waffle sandwich. It emerged with cold sausage. I ordered the biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were rubbery like they had been microwaved. The bacon is obviously the precooked stuff you can buy from the store. My eggs were stone cold i requested some fresh eggs and they offered to reheat them. A batch of microwaved precooked eggs emerged I ordered coffee and nearly gagged on the burnt acidic flavor in it. It was already liberally filled with creme and sugar. They may do ok with doughnuts but i will never visit for the cafe experience. It is obviously just nuked precooked food from your...
Read moreThis was our first time visiting, and the Man behind the counter was really friendly and even threw in a couple little donut holes for our daughters for free. We notified them that a little juice got spilled on the floor by one of our kids, and they said not to worry, and offered us a breakfast burrito that was made extra by mistake for free. The burrito, along with the half dozen donuts/pastries we ordered were all super delicious and fresh. Can not recommend this place enough, we will be coming back! thanks so much to the super...
