Christian stone (one of the employees) was very rude towards me when I came through the drive through yelling at me about calling them about mistakes they made when making my blizzards and claiming I was lying about it being made wrong when it really was made wrong and said if I don't like it not to come there anymore and I just wanted what I paid for that I didn't get, and then the owner said I cannot come through anymore because I yelled back at the employee when his employee yelled at me first like I'm not gonna just start yelling at the employee if he was polite but the manager thinks it was all my fault....they messed up on my blizzards at least 5 times total by either not mixing it all the way through so half way through it was just ice cream no ingredients or missing some ingredients and I brought my blizzard back everytime to give back and they said they couldn't take it because of covid and then when his employee yelled at me he tells me I have to bring the receipt and the blizzard from now on when I did everytime but whatever....I used to be an everynight customer until the manager decided that it was his employees decision that If he didn't accept my apology I was no longer able to come there but his employee didn't apologize for his actions but I did, and BTW the customer is always right when it comes to the food industry and also yall need to teach your employees how to not only make a blizzard correctly but also not to miss ingredients or be rude af it's not that hard I've worked in many restaurants 👌 and I'm not the only one here saying food was messed up I'm just not afraid to call when it's not done correctly...you don't go to Walmart and buy a bucket of ice cream and only get ingredients on the top half and the bottom is just plain ice cream you get it all the way through, and also you should listen to the customers side of the story as well not just your employee if I yelled at a customer at any of the restaurants I worked at I would have been fired or written up cuz the customer is always right. And if there was a problem with the customer the General manager or the owner should be the one to say something not the employee who has all his anger built up and feels the need to take it out on someone. And no it's not just my blizzards I've also gotten the wrong chicken strip basket when I asked for a Honey BBQ basket 4 piece and I got a regular chicken strip basket 6 piece and my friend went through today and asked for a chocolate brownie extreme with peanut butter sauce and they gave him the wrong thing and he told the employee it was the wrong thing and he closed the window on him. You guys have absolutely horrible service but apparently you guys are always right and the customers are always wrong. I will be posting this everywhere I can to let everyone know you guys have horrible service and not to go there, it won't be just me not coming through there anymore if yall are gonna act like that, yall should put your customers first as that's what fills your pockets and pays...
Read moreSo I’m giving this only 4 stars cause last year we went and some dude toke are order and it was my grandma cousins and brother and me 5 people and we w ordering and he was very rude. food was really good but he was not. And when my brother was ordering he was not taking too long at all. Then the cashier was yelling at him and my cousins. I was not happy about that. And he was mad at my grandma just cause she does not have bad hearing and was asking to repeat what you said. like if you’re going to be treating my family and others like that you need to go. Everything else was good food 10/10. They did have air conditioning which was helpful food was at a reasonable price. I would go again but next time please be kind to others who are paying for your food because some people could be having a bad day or good day and just being rude can mess up someone’s day. But when I went back this year it was the same guy this time it was my Sibling and my grandma and me. Read moreThis is one of the better DQ Grill & Chills. The owner was present and was working just as hard as the rest of the staff. He appeared to be quite attentive to customers and he treated the staff very well. As a general rule, when you treat your staff well, customers get better customer service. And that is exactly what happened - our customer service was fantastic. Food was great and the place was clean. On this particular day, there was a city-wide trick-or-treat event.
