We were just at the buffalo, MN location and was disgusted out we didn't finish our sandwiches. They started making our subs, we got down the line and started noticing veggies not looking very fresh, and veggies we didn't get due to looking brown or slimy. We paid and went to go fill up our drinks. The drink dump/spill off area has a white/ grayish film coating on top of the standing water/ pop and over the sides. While we were eating... We saw them washing the tables using Windex and the same paper towel for all tables they cleaned. Now if all this was not bad enough, we saw them spraying the Windex right next to the veggies and wiping down the small area and around the veggies towards the start of the sandwich line. Right then, I dropped my sub, we stopped eating and thru what we had left out. Before we left we used the restrooms, due to over 1 hour drive home. My son went into the men's and came out saying the soap dispenser didn't work. So can't speak for how clean the bathrooms were, but if like the women's which were gross. The toilets were gross in and out and there was no towels to dry your hands. I've been in some not so clean restaurants, but nothing, nothing compares to the Subway in Buffalo, MN! When I entered, there was 1 person already in line waiting for him to finish an online order. 2 customers are now in line waiting. He finished the online order and then helped the customer in front of me. Once finished with that customer, he then told me to wait for him to do another online order. Why not do my sub. Then you can do all the online orders you have. I'm the only customer in the building and have already waited 10 minutes for you to fill 2 other orders. Only 1 of which was in your establishment, the other an online order that had 3 large subs. I left without ordering any food. I don't have time to wait for you to service customers who aren't in the restaurant. Either hire more people or let online orders wait for those who took the time to come in and order. Read moreI have gone to a lot of subways in my life and this is by far the worst location I've ever dealt with. I've had issues with them on and off throughout the years with them not getting the orders correct but, I haven't ordered from them in years and I finally tried to do delivery with doordash and then they take a really long time to make the order and then the delivery driver says that they weren't even that busy and I asked about the drinks and cups and she said they didn't give her any and I would have to call them. So not only are they purposely slow they didn't give us our drinks or the Happy Gilmore cups that we paid for. I called their store and their phone number doesn't work so my husband had to walk down there. I will be reporting this location for not having a working phone number. Very unprofessional.
