Terrible Experience: Food Poisoning Nightmare!

Review: I recently ordered food online from Halal Feast Ó, and I am utterly disgusted by the horrendous experience that followed. Not only did the food fail to meet even the most basic standards of hygiene and safety, but it also left me grappling with a severe case of food poisoning. I cannot stress enough how important it is for potential customers to be aware of the complete disregard for health and well-being displayed by Halal Feast Ó.

First and foremost, the quality of the food was shockingly poor. The dishes arrived lukewarm, and the presentation was lackluster, to say the least. The ingredients seemed stale and past their prime, indicating a complete lack of attention to freshness and quality control. I should have trusted my instincts when I noticed the odd smell emanating from the packaging.

However, the real nightmare began shortly after consuming the food. Within hours, I was struck by an excruciating bout of food poisoning. The ensuing hours were filled with severe nausea, vomiting, and other unpleasant symptoms that I won't go into detail about here. Suffice it to say, it was a miserable experience that left me bedridden and questioning the professionalism and ethics of Halal Feast Ó.

As someone who values their health and expects a certain level of care when ordering food, I cannot in good conscience recommend Halal Feast Ó to anyone. The complete disregard for basic hygiene and safety measures, coupled with the abysmal customer service, make this establishment a danger to public health. Save yourself the misery and avoid this place at all costs!

I sincerely hope that my terrible experience serves as a warning to others and that Halal Feast Ó takes immediate action to rectify their abysmal practices. It is high time they realize the gravity of their actions and the potential harm they are causing to unsuspecting customers.

Remember, your health is invaluable, and it's simply not worth the risk to trust an establishment that clearly demonstrates such a flagrant disregard for basic standards of food safety. Stay far away from Halal Feast Ó if you value your well-being!

Went in to get some food around 10pm and placed my order the man working the register to order saw us and kept doing other things (understandable because he was making orders) but after that continued to ignore the fact we were there. Then I placed our order and waited for about 30 minutes mind you there was only about 4 other people waiting for food. Then I saw about 3 people that came in after me get there orders so I walked up to the area where you get youre condiments and toppings put on your meal and showed him my order number which he looked at it like it didn’t exist. Then proceeded to grab who I assumed was the manager who fixed the problem and my food came out in no time. The food was good. But as I was having the worker put condiments on my food he became visibly upset because he misheard me, which was not my fault. And then proceeded to put way more hot sauce than I asked for on my meal , I said just a little bit please and covered it in hot sauce. Then he slammed a piece from a plastic cambro onto the floor( I am a chef at a fine dining restaurant) so I was very disappointed in his lack of self awareness in an open kitchen dining setting. In my opinion if you can not handle the stress of a job you do not deserve it. Other than that the food was good and I will be coming back and expecting a better experience customer service wise, the manage that helped us figured out the issue was quick to help and friendly but whoever was working the condiments and online orders around 10pm February first should probably look for a job else where if he can not handle stress of the...

It’s nice to have a place that stays open late and the food is pretty good, nothing crazy. They have a lot of selection of sauces which I like, good to design your own box with flavors. I visited with a friend and they said it was good, my mother also said it was good so I decided to give it a try.

This place is INSANELY COLD!!! Good for a summer days but not that good when it gets cold at night, I’m sure it’s good for the kitchen and people who play pool or hang out in there. Another thing is the other patrons were weird, they kept looking at me like I did something wrong. Soon as I came in, when I looked for a chair to sit in, and when I got up to look for an outlet to charge my phone they watched me like “what is she doing”.. they only have one outlet inside the whole room and both had 2 appliances plugged it. I was worried with my phone begging for life, my friend asked if it was okay to temporarily unplug their room smell plug-in so I could charge my phone while we wait for our food. They are VERY BUSY, so many orders so be patient. You have to scan the QR code for the menu but my phone was basically dead so I watched the scroll play for the entire menu and got chicken over rice which was okay, nothing to go crazy for. The customer service can be better, I didn’t feel welcomed and I told the employee it was my first time and I swear she laughed at me.
