McDonald's — Restaurant in Buffalo

Why ? Why ? Why ? Has this location has always been so horrible ? Why though the years it always the same that for some reason the food that we buy from this location always is cold the staff rude unprofessional . Staff always rude if not rude playing in the back or what ever they do . Over night staff is the most deplorable and disgusting !!! You can smell the weed from the drive through window . I mean it this McDonald’s is ok when the store manger is around . The stuff that happens when she is not there is just ridiculous! It’s location that’s is the only one downtown ! Really no choice ! Is there no cameras ? Some of the staff talk in Spanish about customers cussing purposely playing with the food of customers . Nothing changes ! I have called it all great to get free meals and apologies. But for crying out loud can you hire better staff with more professionalism and respect and to treat customers food with more integrity ? Common it’s 2019 fries are still cold the staff still don’t know what a triple cheese burger is, or how to make one . Drive through can be busy and after your order is taken you can still see them play on there phones not good at recapping the order . Some of the staff get mad if a customer saids Hello they make you wait even longer ! Yet they represent everything that McDonald’s prides thereself on . The overnight supervisor or manger bigger kid abosolutly disgusting you can always catch him coming out of Honda that he struggles to get in and out smells like smoke and weed . You can see his stomach through small uniform and belchs through ordering nasty attitude as well most times sorry all the time when the Restaurant manger is not present employees of this establishment will not have name tags on scream over the head set they don’t speak English . Earring and nails with so much acrylic and nail polish and stones and people get in there bags of food . Welcome to McDonald’s on Nigara steet of Buffalo NY. Very disappointed if these staff were in any other working environment they would of been fired . These ladies that work in this establishment would of be sent home for the nail size or even the retained that they wear and the young men that work there you can see there underwear pants hanging from underneath there bottoms . It’s not appealing it’s very problematic I don’t want a nail in my food nor do I want to come into a restaurant see someone bottom ! Is there no precautions taken at this establishment? What happen to professionalism dignity respect for having a job and looking presentable? How many times have I come here see the workers scratch themselves then getting any food I order or seeing the females take off there nails or picking up there earrings from the floor and not wash there hands ? Why is it that every time after 8:00 pm the milkshake machine is broken at this...

Giving two stars to this location is being generous, but here's a few things that I felt deserved comment:

1st- This location seems to be the highest priced Mcdonalds I've been to anywhere in WNY....

2nd- The cashier at the drive thru window was incredibly rude when our driver simply asked if being a single penny short would be acceptable on an order totalling over $20.

(The penny was the difference between having the exact amount and having to break another $20 bill)

3rd- The food was far below what you would expect from even the worst fast food restaurants. The fries were half full, cold, and soggy. The hot and spicy chicken sandwiches were not only cold, but also had the thinnest patties I've ever gotten. The chicken nuggets were cold and even after paying for an extra sauce packet, there was a total of zero packets total in the bag.

4th- Two of our hot and spicy sandwiches were just regular mcchicken sandwiches.

Conclusion? This was by far the worst fast food experience I've ever had... It was so bad actually, that I felt the need to write this review... which I don't think I've ever actually done before...

There's too many other restaurants within a couple minutes walk in any direction of this place and I highly recommend visiting any single one of them before letting these guys get a single dime of your money.

On 3/26 @ 7:45pm I arrived at this McDonalds after walking a mile from downtown expecting to grab something quick to eat. When I arrived, the same entrance I always use was open but they had the chairs up on the table and sweeping the floors but people were sitting in the booths. I was starting to place my order on my mobile app when this woman in a managers uniform appears very close to me on the side and waving her hands in a sweeping motion saying "We're closed! You have to go!" I told her the door was open and asked why are they closing at 7:45 pm?? That is not their usual closing time. The doors actually say "10pm" for the dining room and "24hrs" for the drive thru. All she kept doing was moving her hands in a pushing motion & telling me to leave. Without actually any physical contact she walked me out of the restaurant as if I were one of the hundreds of homeless people from the ECMC physic ward that usually frequent that restaurant harassing customers for hand outs, both inside and outside. I don't know if it's a generational thing but ever since McDonald's employees started making $15 an hour ultimately causing their prices to triple or these last 2 generations of young people are just totally lacking in any form of basic, JUST BASIC even, customer service skills which is obviously supported by the businesses they work for but I'm done with it.
