Zero stars if I could. This review is for the New Era company. If I could actually find the New Era company, I would leave this review there. But I hope this review will catch someone's attention that will actually do something! The absolute worst run company ever. I've purchased hundreds of caps from New Era over the years. In May, they ran a promotion for "New Era by YOU." Where you could design your own hat. I designed 6, three in each order. Of course, they were late in producing orders, so they offered a $50 site credit for each order. I used mine, received the hat, sizing was way off, returned the hat, and was told I would not receive another $50 credit. WTH? I returned the hat! They would not issue another credit. Now the orders for the "YOU" hats finally ship (3 months late). In each of my two, 3 hat orders, only one hat was shipped. I've contacted NE several times about this and have been given the run around. No straight answers, no follow-up, no talk of refunds. And of course you can't call them! They only do email! So here I am, having paid them $400 and have only received 2 of the 6 hats, and they will not answer or return my emails. Do NOT do business with...

ordered 3 hats. box was damaged...fedex...thats what happens when you use fedex...one hat fine. 2nd hat a little put of shape but fine. 3rd hat has a straight up crease in the middle of the flat brim. you had one shot. you chose fedex. ill never order from you again. i ordered one from lids. came UPS. perfect. i have another on the way from another company. usps...the most reliable delivery service is just the regular usps. but you chose fedex. now i have a damaged hat that it unwearable. your customer service is terrible. no way to talk...because covid...old and poor excuse at this point. email automated responses. NEVER AGAIN. do not order from this company. buy from lids. or order from lids. i myself am debating even supporting this company anymore at this point. doesnt stand behind their product. no way to talk to someone...and uses fedex...the absolute worst of delivery companies. but...
