So, I've been trying to put off this review for some time now because I'm incredibly perplexed. Abbott wings are very good for the most part. My husband and I have ordered from them many times since we've lived in this area. Unfortunately, with that being said 100% of the time, there has always been something wrong with our order one way or another! We've verbally have spoken to someone several times about it since we enjoy their food, but yet we only get "we're so sorry, we have a new cook, we can credit you, or we've hired new people, and they don't know how we do things." Is usually the selection of excuses we've gotten. I understand things change, but a lack of communication is not okay because we typically spend $30+ with every order to have something messed up. It's not right. If you choose to order their food, they have a great steak pizza and love their wings. The other downside is they change how they make their suicide sauce. The suicide wings used to be my absolute favorite and I guess depending on how they feel, they change up the recipe. When asked about it, they say they change it up between two, and when I've asked about the one I would regularly get, they didn't understand what I was saying. So customer's concerns go out the window. Lastly, in regards to their delivery service, before, we usually pay over the phone, with no issues, and sign the receipt when we get our food. For whatever reason, when you choose delivery now, we get a phone call when our food gets to our place and are told we have to come outside to sign the receipt and grab our food. When we have to meet them at their car, they're on their way to our door anyway!! The phone call is pointless, and the customer should not be coming out of their home to grab their food when we pay for delivery. Read moreI wanted to give them a good review. The pizza was ok, a little undercooked and "doughy." But I popped it in the oven for 10 mins and it was good. I had two orders of breadsticks and neither of them included sides of red sauce.
The real reason for the 1-star because the service was NOT what it should be. I waited longer than I should have for just a pick-up. There was mass confusion behind the counter. They were giving pizzas away to the wrong customers, which started a chain reaction of customers having to wait for their order.
As I was waiting for my simple pickup order the lobby was filling up and I SAW THE KID IN THE BACK (IN THE RED SHIRT) MAKING PIZZAS PULL OUT HIS VAPE AND STARTING HITTING IT WHILE MAKING FOOD!
I got the attention of a gentleman who seemed like the manager and asked him if he let's people vape while making pizza. He looked shocked and I heard him address his staff, "You better not be vaping.", I heard him say loudly. He offered me a free 2-liter, but the damage was done.
Here I am leaving this review. I'd love to give them another chance but there are so many other pizza places in South Buffalo I could just go to.

Read morePlaced an order for a sheet pizza, before pickup I called to prepay as someone else was picking it up. I was told they had no record of the order. I asked them to please place the order now and asked if they would deliver it as a courtesy and they said "yes in 35-40 minutes and for a delivery charge". I hung up and ordered from Imperial and had my pizza in 25 minutes. I then waited a month before ordering again, only to get a pizza and garlic bread. Was told 30 minutes on the phone, when we arrived we were told it was going to be an additional 10 minutes because they ran out of an ingredient. 15 minutes later we were given an overcooked uncut pizza and cold, burned garlic bread. When I asked the girl at the counter if the garlic bread she gave me was the one she just took off the top of the oven, the one I saw sitting there when I had entered 15 minutes previously she said she didn't know. No common sense to call a customer and advise them there is a delay and to also wait on cooking other items in the order.
