By far the most authentic Filipino food in about a 4-5 city radius. Easily competes with Toronto or NYC authentic Pinoy restaurants too, and probably is better than most in those huge international cities, which really says something. Also the head chef/owner of the restaurant really innovates Filipino cuisine with fun, unique, and interesting fusion or lesser known Filipino dishes that are constantly rotating in and out. This place is a total hidden gem. I try to eat here at least once a week, and it helps that it's so conveniently located downtown too. The new owners of the shared building really improved the space too! Tons of fun games to play with friends & family. And there's even a bar.
The owners/head chef also told me he grew up in the Philippines, and he speaks fluent Tagalog!
It really doesn't get much better. This chef is going places in his career so catch him here in Buffalo...

Whether you’re satisfying a sweet tooth, winning over your in-laws, or feeding a hungry crew, this is the...

I also ordered the ube cheesecake and cried legitimate tears of joy because it was so good. Not entirely sure how to move on with my life now that I'll never get to try the world's most perfect dessert for the first time again, but that's a me problem. Anyway, it's gonna be 5 stars from me,...
