The food was absolutely amazing! The restaurant is located in the Downtown Baazar. They have a bunch of different restaurants in the building. We ordered the basta, addas, and kuku paka. Everything was fresh and delicious. The addas is a lentil soup that was perfectly seasoned. The kuku paka was phenomenal. We got to choose the spice level for this coconut curried dish and got medium spice. It was the perfect amount where it was spicy enough to be tingly, but you wont need to reach for water every second. I will say this is spicier than your typical “medium”, but I love spice. The more the better! The portions were more than generous. My partner and I finished half and had more for later. Everything was great, but the basta was the cherry on top to finish the meal. Nile River has become my new go to spot there, they never let you down! Huge portions packed with flavor and heat, the kuku paka is incredible!
