My experience with this place is exclusively for to go lunch.
The food is consistently very good the sushi wraps are a tasty and unique item that I haven't seen offered anywhere else In the area.
Now Asian food is my favorite so I've eaten at many of the local spots many times and I will say that my one critique of this place and the reason I can't give it five stars is it's about 15 to 20% too expensive. For reference I might pick up a noodle or Curry dish for lunch which comes to between 12 and $15 depending on protein choice whereas other restaurants in the area will offer lunch specials that might include a main dish in addition to soup and or a spring roll. The pho was really great and came with a great broth that was housemade and I really enjoyed that. The pad Thai appeared so bone dry (see pic) that I wasn't sure what to expect. For the price, it was definitely the smallest portion this meal I've ever received, compared to other local offerings. It tasted fine, but definitely did not look very appealing.
Overall, the meals were good, but I would have liked a bit more pad thai. Maybe when it's not to-go the...
Read moreOrdered via GrubHub. Decided to try Street Asian after hearing fabulous things from friends in the area. Got to try the Thai iced coffee, a personal favorite, and was very happy with the taste and layering. The General Tso's was different. It has a very dark red color that made me anticipate a very spicy dish, it wasn't. The chicken was moist and flavorful no detectable artificial essence some restaurants carry. Wasn't overloaded on breading and is just a great mouth feel. I did add sriracha to give it a boost of heat. Overall I am very happy with my order and will absolutely be trying more...
