Rock Burger - Elmwood — Restaurant in Buffalo

Well, sadly my experience wasn't that great. Being a Friday night, it was dead & we were only 1 of 3 tables so right away that was a "red flag". But gave it a try....

The menu needs to be explained, stuffed burgers, non stuffed, etc. My friend got a non stuffed & she got a 1/4 burger but it looks so small she even laughed. I got a stuffed burger, a good size but the problem is the outside had sauce but while eating the burger is so thick you might want to ask for more sauce to help make it through it vs. a dry thick burger. My one friend even had to ask for Mayo to help him eat his stuffed burgers. But I will say the Cajun tots where good.

Oh, even tried to get desert which is on the menu but the waitress said won't have ice cream possibly until their delivery in a week. So.... for just opening, idk 🤷‍♂️ 😐 if...

My best friend and I went to Rock Burger during their opening week and it was so good! First impressions - a great atmosphere, plenty of space and the music was your classic 70s/80s rock. I got the Macaroni Trolley burger and it was delicious - it was perfectly cooked and you can even get different seasonings on your fries/tots which I hadn't seen before (unfortunately I didn't take a picture before I HOUSED that burger). My server was Selena and she was SER. VING. She answered all the questions we had about the menu and even gave us some recommendations of what to get. I also got the Oreo Rock Rolls, which were like a love child of fried oreos and pizza logs and they were phenomenal. Went with a buddy to check out this new location for Rock Burger and was not disappointed. We both got the Local Restaurant Week special and really enjoyed our burgers and Rock Rolls. I had The Buffalo Wing Dipper Burger, which was a stuffed burger with chicken wing dip, bacon, and provolone cheese inside. Yes, it was excessive, but it was also delicious lol!

For my rock rolls, I got the strawberry cheesecake and pizza ones. They're essentially eggrolls with unique offerings inside of them and they both came with respective dips, so I assume the other ones would as well.

Overall, it was a solid burger at a great price, considering the novelty of the "stuffed"ingredients. Definitely worth checking out at least once for...
