My favorite part sbout this place was the vast and unique beverage menu. The atmosphere was impressive. Clean, and well-decorated. I found it to be kind of chilly in there(I was wearing a tshirt and light hoodie), and very loud. Between the music, people talking, and the kitchen activity, I couldn't hear my order being called. We ordered the Saudi coffee, white chocolate mocha, and 2 Dubai pastries. We only received 1 pastry. I didn't say anything, bc it was large enough to share. They did ask if it was okay that the Saudi coffee took 10 minutes, and I said yes. The other items we ordered were called out at drastically different times. So, we were done with the pastry before my coffee was even ready. I ordered to dine in, but both drinks were served in to go cups. The beverages were outstanding. I thought it was cool they had their own branded bottled water, which was alkaline. We came here on a Sunday. Maybe if we went back on a weekday, we'd have a better experience.

I absolutely love Haraz coffee house! The Yemeni coffee shop is located at 471 Elmwood Ave buffalo N.Y and has the best Coffee and Adani tea I've ever tasted. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a cozy interior and friendly staff. The coffee shop is decorated with traditional Yemeni art and the walls are adorned with beautiful mural. The Coffee is made with a perfect blend of spices and the Adani tea is steeped to perfection. I also love the selection of pastries and snacks that they offer. The staff is welcoming and happy to help you find the perfect drink or snack. If you're ever in the area , I highly recommend stopping by for a delicious cup of tea or coffee!

Haraz Coffee House is easily one of the best spots in town to study or get work done. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and welcoming, with music that’s just the right volume enough to create a vibe but never too loud to distract. The space is clean, comfortable, and has a calm energy that makes it easy to focus for hours. A special shoutout to our host, Summer and Ally, who was so kind and attentive, checking in on us throughout our short stay and making us feel right at home. The friendliness of the staff truly sets this place apart. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a productive and relaxing place to work, meet up, or just enjoy great coffee!

Haraz Coffee House offers an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, complemented by beautifully curated decor that strikes the perfect balance between modern and cozy.

The service is truly outstanding. The staff is not only professional and courteous but also genuinely passionate about what they do. They take the time to explain the menu, offer recommendations, and ensure that every guest feels valued and well taken care of.

The quality of the coffee is remarkable. Haraz Coffee House takes pride in sourcing high-quality beans, and it shows in every cup. Whether you’re enjoying a classic espresso, a rich pour-over, or one of their signature specialty drinks, the flavors are consistently fresh and well-balanced. The attention to detail in preparation—from the brewing techniques to the beautiful presentation—is impressive.

In addition to the coffee, the food offerings are equally delightful. The menu features a range of fresh, flavorful options that pair perfectly with the drinks. Everything is prepared with care, using quality ingredients that elevate even simple dishes into something memorable.

Overall, Haraz Coffee House is a standout destination for coffee enthusiasts and casual visitors alike. It’s a place where quality, service, and ambiance come together seamlessly. I highly recommend stopping by—whether you’re looking for a quick coffee fix, a relaxing spot to work, or a welcoming place to catch up...

Haraz is another great addition to the coffee scene in B-lo. The Elmwood location is a great spot given the size as well as stylistic ambiance of the space and the people traffic.

There are plenty of seating options. The menu is diverse and generally the drinks are pretty good. The wait time varies depending on the traffic in the cafe as well as the the motivation of the barista.

The real issue and point of this review is the service. The service, particularly when ordering, is horrible. In reality, it's just one or two employees from what I have seen, but they ruin the whole experience. The attitude just permeates in the demeanor and extends forward during conversation. Basically, their rudeness, condescension, and flippant attitude towards providing a service that was paid for is disgusting.

Haraz Management, these folks don't belong in customer service and clearly don't wanna be there either. Please do your business and us as customers a favor and give them other roles like maintenance - that way their social skills don't create...
