Searching for a perfect outfit for my upcoming wedding day started out relatively uneventful. A trip to the outlet mall provided me with some decent, off the rack suits at an affordable price. I had found an acceptable option... it fit in some of the right places - needed help in other areas.... but it felt 'good enough'. Luckily, my soon to be mother-in-law stopped me before I made my way to the register.. "Ali gets an awesome wedding dress. You should get something nice for you. And you get to wear it again!" She said.

So I did some research and came across Bureau. On a whim, I booked a consultation appointment on their website and two days later I was on my way to the store with my fiancé. Though we'd only planned an initial sit-down, what we received was a thoughtful and informative conversation with Mike about fabrics, buttons, and styles. Mike went out of his way to show us every detail of a custom suit - not to make a sale, but to let us into his world - one he clearly takes a lot of pride in. The end result was a two piece Mohair suit with purple interior and a specific inscription to commemorate our upcoming wedding day. I'd gone from 'good enough' to just what I wanted.

The step-by-step walkthrough, the education on the piece, the attention to detail, and the overall kindness shown on a 1 to 1 level was something I haven't experienced in my years shopping... I can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else for a suit for any occasion.

To top it all of I got a hand written card from Mike, Joe, and John and a special little gift for choosing Bureau (I don't want to spoil the surprise, if you get a suit from them). Impeccable attention to detail, customer service, and craft!

It pains me to say this, but I’m not a fashionable guy. It’s a rare occurrence when I can look in the mirror and think, I look sharp. My outfits usually consist of tank tops and work boots. And that’s on a good day. But your wedding day is more than just some good day. Although much of our wedding planning hasn’t been ideal due to, well, everything that’s been happening, the one thing my fiancé and I wouldn’t dare make concessions on is looking good on the big day. But I needed help. Thank God for BUREAU, Jon and everyone else there who not only guided me every step of the way in picking out the perfect suit that fits my personality, but also made me feel like a dapper star. BUREAU is just cool. It’s easy as that. When you step in, it feels like you’re on a movie set. The poster of Antonioni’s Blowup on the wall really sets the tone. They take your personality and mold the suit around you. It was a terrific experience and one of the highlights of our wedding journey. I went here to get a suit for my vow renewal. Never having bought a custom suit before I had no idea what to expect, and what I experienced at Bureau was nothing short of an absolute blast of a time. I had so much fun with everything. I worked mainly with Jon and with Mike a little bit and every time I walked out of there I felt so confident and good about how I was going to look. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and made the suit buying process so easy. When I got my suit it absolutely exceeded my expectations of what I thought. Everything felt perfect, it was better than I had expected - and my expectations were already high.

When I wore my suit on the day of my event, I felt extremely confident, people were complimenting me on my suit, and I didn't worry about anyone taking my picture because I knew I looked incredible. The confidence in how I looked and that feeling of being so well dressed and it fitting so well made everything worth it.
