Worst experience I've ever had. Saturday morning, we ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches my husband ordered sausage, egg, croissant NO CHEESE they had us pull up & wait for the "special order" handed the bag & assured by a manager the order was correct. We pull away. My husband's Sandwich was NOT correct we were given a sausage, egg, BISCUIT, with CHEESE. Turn around back to Wendy's The dining room wasn't open drive thru only so we couldn't walk in to fix his order, rather than wait AGAIN in a very long line my husband waited for the next customer to be done & walked up to the drive tru window. The woman working the drive thru immediately started screaming at my husband "I can't do any remakes right now and you can't walk up to the window I'll get in trouble" literally screaming at my poor husband who just wanted a breakfast sandwich as ordered & PAID for. Absolutely ridiculous to speak to a customer like that and refused to FIX the mistake we left with NO breakfast for my husband. We will NEVER go back Wendy's...
Read morewas in the store today just after 11am , stood waiting by the counter for 4-5 minutes without any of the employees either taking my order or asking if I had been helped yet, so I walked out in disgust . Terrible customer service !!!! if the place was SO busy that no one could stop to take my order , I would have been happy if an employee had at least acknowledged me as a customer told me id be taken care of once they finished what they were doing .. WAY TO GO, IGNORE your customers!!
Ive had much better service in the store , employees are usually very nice.. today wasn't very busy, only a few cars in line for the drive thru and one family in the dining room.. Id expect a staff of 4 or 5 people to be able to handle all that easily.. No idea why I was ignored today .. rated the food as a 2 based on food I've had in my previous visit,, nothin special...
Read moreI love Wendy's food don't get me wrong but the employees at this Wendy's don't seem to care about their customers. Three times I had to walk out because they saw me but they didn't even acknowledge me while I was standing there for 10 minutes trying to get an order in! In the morning the crew seem to be very pleasant but second and third shift they are very rude , ignore you, and I've seen them mess up a lot and when I mean a lot , I mean a lot of orders with their customers especially the drive thru. If someone needs help and no one is around and there's one or two eating at the tables, on lunch, break or whatever, and you go to ask them a question that's all they say sorry I can't help you I'm on lunch.
