! General manager, Michael Sherman ! Inspiring Leadership and Exceptional Service
I recently visited the Arby’s at 4145 Georgia-20, Buford, GA 30518, and the experience left a profound impression on me. As someone who is temporarily handicapped and navigating a significant personal hardship, I’ve come to appreciate the importance of genuine care and excellent service—and that’s exactly what I found here, thanks to the remarkable leadership of the General Manager, Mr. Sherman.
From the moment I walked in, it was clear that Mr. Sherman embodies a rare combination of professionalism, efficiency, and empathy. He was immediately attentive, stepping into action with precision and purpose. It felt as though he was called to duty, landing right on target with every decision he made. There’s a unique glow about him—an energy of authenticity and drive that is not only inspiring but incredibly reassuring.
Mr. Sherman’s ability to lead with such grace and effectiveness speaks volumes about his character. It’s not just what he did for me during this visit that stands out, but what I sense he’s capable of achieving in the future. He carries himself with the kind of dedication and vision that promises growth and excellence, not just for himself but for the entire team he leads.
The food was nothing short of outstanding—fresh, perfectly prepared, and so delicious it left me wanting more. It’s clear that the care Mr. Sherman puts into his leadership is reflected in every aspect of the operation, from the kitchen to the front of the house.
This location is more than just a fast-food restaurant—it’s a place where individuals are seen, valued, and served with excellence. Mr. Sherman’s leadership elevates the entire experience, creating an atmosphere that invites loyalty and inspires confidence in the brand.
To anyone considering visiting, I highly recommend this Arby’s location. It’s not just about great food; it’s about the people who make the experience unforgettable. Mr. Sherman, thank you for going above and beyond. The world needs more leaders like you.
What I would do for a couple of more, your best loaded burgers & large fries? It is worth it.
EVERYONE, PLEASE GIVE IT UP FOR GENERAL MANAGER, MICHAEL...
Read moreWorst experience. Arby's used to be my favorite place for fast food. Service was slow, granted, employees are difficult to find, but I ordered a roast beef sandwich with no cheese and a lemonade for one order and one roast beef with cheddar and curly fries. One bag for one order and one bag for the other order. I could hardly understand him. I fave him a $20.00 bill. He took $4.00 out of the register, put them on the counter, turned around, started something else, came back about five minutes later, took coins out of the register and put them on the $4.00 dollars. Walked away again and I asked him if the money was my change and he said yes. He started to put both orders in one bag and I reminded him it was two bags. I had to ask him three different times for sauce. He handed me a cup and asked was the order for stay or go. I had already told him to go. I asked what the cup is for. He said, "Your drink." I did not order the meal. I told him it was okay. When I reached my destination I discovered that neither sandwich had cheddar and the buns were so small, they reminded of Krystals buns. Never again. I understand that maybe he might have been slow, but thirty minutes to get that order was embarrassing. The family before had to return to the counter four times to get different items that were left off...
Read moreI've been seeing the prime rib cheesesteak on television and I wanted to give it a try for dinner one night. I always request for my fries to have zero salt. One reason is that most people go overboard with the salt on the fries at fast food restaurants
And I genuinely just prefer my fries without especially at a fast food restaurant I requested no salt for the past 30 years.
When I place my order at the drive thru, I asked the woman taking my order to make sure that my fries have no salt. She gave me my total and told me to pull around.
When I arrived at the drive-thru window a young man gave me my total again. Before I gave him my card, I informed him that I never got a confirmation that there would be no salt on my fries.
He hesitated then said oh, it's just because we have to drop a whole new batch of fries we'll make sure they have no salt.
In other words, the young woman who took my order had an attitude because I didn't want salt in my fries. I didn't care I'm paying for the food I want it my way.
Besides and a woman with an attitude taking my order because I didn't want to sell it on my fries that sandwich was bomb 💣
I highly suggest the prime rib cheese steak sandwich at Arby's it rocked my...
