As someone who has frequented this Subway location for years, it’s disappointing to see the steady decline in both service and quality. What was once a reliably decent stop for a quick bite has become an exercise in lowered expectations.
To start, this location rarely honors national deals or accepts common Subway coupons—something most other stores have no issue with. It’s frustrating to feel penalized for being a regular customer, especially when the chain promotes these offers widely.
Ordering ahead is supposed to save time, but it seems to come with a side of indifference here. Requesting a toasted sub? Don’t count on it. More often than not, you’ll be handed something lukewarm and limp, clearly untouched by any toaster oven.
The staff, who used to be reasonably attentive, now appear disinterested and lethargic. Simple requests—extra veggies, light sauce, toasted bread—seem to short-circuit the process entirely. It’s not a one-time fluke; it’s become a consistent pattern.
I haven’t given up on this location entirely, but unless there’s a clear turnaround in how it’s managed and staffed, I may start driving a bit further to one of the other locations that still...
Read moreWalked in with my two kids already having my hands full and just wanted to get lunch with them. When I got to the counter the guy putting on his gloves looked at me anand shook his head and then looked up and stared at me and I said uhh okay and told him my order. Then he looked at his coworker and shook his head and she snickered...like the last thing I needed today was to feel judged. They continued to make faces at each other while I was telling them what I wanted and at the end of it I said, "I'm sorry I just feel like a huge inconvenience to you guys" and she just stared at me blankly. I was hurt. You never know what people are going through. This world needs more love. I'm sad this subway decided to hire people with such bitter attitudes that when people come in to order lunch they leave feeling like a big inconvenience and feeling judged. Idk what they are going through or have been through, all I wanted was lunch and I'm always very appreciative. But thank you for making that experience awful for...
Read moreI went in to subway today with my wife and 2 kids and had one of the best experiences I've ever had. My kids didn't know what they wanted so it got a little hectic as more people came into the store. I'm not the type of person to write reviews but I had to today because with all the chaos that was going on Jeese was very helpful and showed excellent customer service skills. He was very patient and polite, not only to my family but everyone person I saw Jeese ring up he did it with a smile on his face. Honestly if he isn't already the manager he definitely deserves to be the manager because he is very good at handling high volume and high stress situations. Thank you Jeese and thank you subway. Seriously, he definitely deserves a raise. At 1 point I guess it was shift change but I saw a couple employees walk out and Jeese was making the sandwichs and ringing people up at the same time. I was very impressed. Thank you again Jesse, I will...
