They have all the time in the world to spam call the customers they refuse to help instead of earning their check. 😆
So now that I infact know that they do truly know how to use a phone and that they are truly not incompetent...more or less.. it's debatable, let's get into it. Haha
All I wanted to know is if they served grilled chicken at this location and apparently they didn't have the manners to answer the phone when I called about my question. I called 3x and I was met with a very hostile employee who said to stop calling this number the second time, because and I quote "it was annoying" lol 😆 firstly the number is located on the website. First time I called (10:28am) I realized I called 2 minutes before they opened so that was my mistake so I patiently waited for them to open at 10:30am (2.mins later) to call back, even though they rudely hung up on me the first time. So two minutes later I called and a very aggressive and volatile personality, who probably will spit in your food for their amusement because they exhibit disgusting vile personality traits, answered. To my shock and to my amusement I called back for a third time to try to get ahold of someone and they hung up. So it began a game of call tag started. Then they started calling my personal number from their private lines lol 🤣 I will be contacting corporate because they are the most petty people I have ever met in the Customer Service world. I like to know in advance before I show up to an establishment if they have what I need instead of going there and being surprised. I used to work in fast food as a teenager and wow somethings never change. I hope this review made someone laugh as it made me and my friends laugh. They all need manners and to answer the phone like they are supposed to "hello KFC can I help you?" Not so hard is it??

Read moreI had the worst experience ever. My first experience with this manager was 1/13-2023 which was short and not welcoming or warm at all. Later that evening I Called about my order and was instructed to bring the food back which left my family w/o dinner. Upon returning to the store the following evening with three $5 pot pies, one full, second with more then half and the third one was mostly gone because of myself and son sharing. My son ate the crust and I picked over the filling, but we didn't get that far in the conversation bc he is so in control and combative. Well I gave the manager who is posted in the photos the bag and he bluntly said I'll replace 2 of the pies. I asked why not 3 for my inconvenience of having to drive back up here? WELL that was the beginning of the beginning. We name called, I NEVER CUSSED. He said something and I yelled and the show started, what he gave me I gave back, then he asked why am I yelling. After the big power play customers begin to come in I asked for the GM'S name and number, he refused to give and told me "I'M ignoring you and I told my employees to do the same." Well this isn't over. Is was the the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I have eaten at some small greasy bags and five star restaurants. But bc im recovering from surgery I figured I'd like a nice warm pot pie but instead both times they were DRY and not filled like they use to be. So I'm not sure if their measurements has changed. Read moreThis Location A Mess. I worked Fast Food As A Kid And As Teenagers Provided Better Customer Service And Fresh Food To Customers. I ordered at the drive through and was never told there would be a wait on my order. The person at the window which looked to be a manager took my payment gave me my card back and never came back to the window. He never said there will be a wait on your order or anything. After 10-15 minutes or so he comes back and says please pull up your chicken is cooking. I wait about another 10 minutes nobody brings food. I go in it was ready the manager nowhere insight not even concerned about the excessive wait for 8 little weird looking chicken wings. Not only that the bread on my two chicken littles I ordered was hard as a brick the bread was extremely stale. To have a person wait as long as I did for stale food is just crazy. You guys also made me behind schedule for a meeting ASK a customer if they want to wait for things to cook first especially when they just end up with stale food anyway.
