Worst Food I've ever had for a place called Jimmy's Burgers they're burgers were the worst thing in the world both me and my girlfriend are now sick after eating there I got the chorizo burrito and onion rings the onion rings were under seasoned the chorizo burrito tasted like eggs and grease and the burger was so thin burnt and overcooked that it was entirely inedible they gave me a refund on the burger and I still ate the chorizo and the onion rings but now both me and my girlfriend are sick from that, NEVER eat at this establishment ever, I don't like to leave reviews especially bad ones but this was the worst food I have had in...

Customer service is horrible!!! Had some company over for dinner we ordered Jimmy's thru doordash a whole dinner and plus some was missing (not to mention the food was salty) Called them to let them know the girl who answered caught an attitude basically calling me a liar said she packed it herself. Well I know what I ordered and paid for versus what I received (which was pricey too). I was missing 4 items 1 being a burrito meal. I thought they were one of the better places in town for Mexican food but I will never waste my money there again with such lousy service... says a lot!!! Clearly they do not value...

First I was in the drive thru for over 10 minutes because the speaker didn't work. I ordered my food. She didn't repeat my order or tell me my total. I get home my order is WRONG. What a big surprise. I called them. The person who answered told me to bring the wrong food back. I let her know I was going to work didn't have time to go back. She told me nothing would be done then. I asked why they didn't confirm my order instead of assuming what I wanted. She told me what she thought I wanted. Not even close to what I actually ordered.
