Went there with my son. Food was soooo good!! I'm a rice bowl person myself so I was very excited to hear they had this as an option. Food Review: Chashu Don was the rice bowl it was delicious!!!! Had this awesome tasting sauce and Japanese mayo on top with green onions, Im not a fan of pickled garlic but it does come as a topping. Great portion size well worth the money. We tried a bunch of apps. I didn't like that they used spicy sweet chili as the dipping sauce for tempura shrimp, egg rolls, takoyaki and gyoza. Wish there was like a tempura sauce, just my preference. Gyoza are fried. The takoyaki was also surprising, I usually don't like them but I wanted to give it a try. Their batter is a little different from traditional, but toppings are standard bonito flakes, Japanese mayo, (I can't tell what the brown sauce is, its like a teriyaki) and green onions. The tonkotsu original was great. I ordered the toppings on the side. Came with bean sprouts, wood ear mushrooms, soft boiled egg, green onions and of course 2x slices of pork. The noodles are very light (not like big ramen noodles) and you get a great portion. The pork they make is just amazing. Food came out quite fast for everything we ordered. It was also super fresh and hot, always a great aspect to consider for any restaurant. Atmosphere: Chill vibe. Plenty of seats and I really like the decor. Staff is very friendly. I never caught his name, Im assuming he is the owner or manager but the man was extremely helpful and kind. When I told him it was my first time he showed me and explained to me the menu items. He answered any questions I had and even recommended items from the menu. I didn't even have to ask for boxes. Very happy with service. You can tell they put a lot of time and effort into their food and menu. The pricing I thought was decent, chasu pork takes a lot of prep and time to cook. Also sodas are canned. 😊 It seems like everything is made fresh daily which is awesome!!! Definitely my new fav spot and its so close to Laughlin which is a huge plus!

This was our first time ever trying ramen in a restaurant. So... Take my review with that perspective in mind. I have no interest in trying again. I felt it was very high priced and just not that good overall. :( $15 for a bowl of noodles and $4 for a can of Korean soda, too much. We got egg rolls and each had the Black Garlic Ramen. (I wished we'd of each tried something different). He had a canned coke and I tried the Korean Milki (very good, but small and tons of carbs!). Total = $45. Positives: Cute place, clean, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. The egg rolls were fresh and hot, the Korean soda was good, the pork broth was really good as was the pork belly. Negatives: While the staff were very friendly, they were not really helpful for the novices we were. The black garlic pieces were Way Too overwhelming, even for a garlic lover like me - had to toss most of them. Overall, it seemed the broth was served very fresh and hot, while the pork, bean sprouts, noodles and other ingredients were added while cold and or luke warm. I didn't get a really warm bite until I had mixed everything really well, a few times. Again, as a novice, maybe that's the way the ramen is served? Also, just 3 small slices of pork were served in the bowl. Wish them the best, but I won't return.

*Update* It’s now under new ownership from when I left my original review. The service is fantastic and the food is exceptional. They don’t serve pho anymore, but the ramen was wonderful. I like their boba and am looking forward to their blended, soon. So is being from Seattle, we have a high bar for Asian food. While this isn’t a “Seattle” level restaurant, it’s about as close as it can get for a non major city. We felt the food was very good and we’re very pleased with its flavor. While the staff wasn’t too keen on pleasantries, they were extremely friendly and prompt. I can’t complain one bit- they did very well. Our favorite part was the boba smoothie. We got a strawberry banana and it was so much fun! The pho was well flavored (I wish the original siracha sauce would start selling again) and had an abundance of beef that was very tender. The ramen bowl was great and the fried chicken added an extra boost to the flavor - we recommend adding black garlic, gave the dish so much more flavor. We’re so pleased to have found this place and will definitely be back!

Let me make it clear that I would normally give this place 5 stars. It’s my regular ramen place. I LOVE their food. But tonight was the complete opposite and I feel like something needs to be said. The man taking our order looked like he would rather be ANYWHERE else but there. He had an attitude taking our order as well when we had asked for small modifications (I.e. no mushrooms in the ramen) My family and I didn’t take it to heart, as people have bad days. We left a tip prior to getting our order. When our food came out, it wasn’t hot. More like a tad above lukewarm. The noodles were all clumped together and I have never had this issue. My dad went to go ask the worker for some extra sauce and he was nowhere to be found. 15 minutes go by, still nowhere to be found. We then see him walking outside of the building. We continue to sit for another 20 minutes and literally we are the only people in the place. My mom had wanted to take her leftovers home so she walks up to see if anyone has returned. Nope. No one. So we were alone in the restaurant for about 30-40 minutes . She waited, rang the bell, called to the back. Not a single answer. At this point , it wasn’t worth the hassle. We ended up leaving . Disappointed we had left a tip because honestly it was not deserved. Even when we left and we were outside, not a single worker could be seen. Such a strange experience and I really hope it was a one time fluke cause this place is one...

I loved coming in when the female owner was present. She's excellent at running a business like a well oiled machine. The previous male manager did an excellent job as well. The highlight is, the business is always clean including the restrooms. Things have changed...My son loves the ramen and we've been in at least 20 times. We've been in 3 times in the last week because it's all my son with autism wants to eat. I always ask for everything on the side for him. This time they put the stuff in his bowl then tried to remove it. I asked him to try it, which he did, but then refused to eat it. The woman said she tried to correct it but didn't notice it was the wrong broth. My daughter was fine eating hers even though it wasn't what was ordered. So they messed up 2 of our 3 bowls. The cook didn't seem to care and acted like I was an inconvenience. No apology from either. I also had to come back up to get the corrected order. They had no other customers to wait on but didn't have time to bring us the right dish. Glad I tipped them for their 5 star service. Even I tried to put a smile on the ladies face when we came in because she never smiles and makes you feel uncomfortable. The other day when we came in the two guys working were being loud and cussing. There were other people and teenagers eating in the place and it just seemed normal for them to act like that. My new goal is to learn to make amazing ramen. Thanks for...
