We placed an order yesterday on november 14 at 10:15pm with another lady we told her our exact address and somehow she didnt change it and left our old address we tried calling the driver at 10:40pm cleber we tried calling the location 11:32pm and she left us on hold for 15 minutes we called again and she is saying why are you calling an hour later refused to give us our refund when they are the ones who messed up. I really hope you do record all the calls and check the cameras and if you are the managers or any superiors i really suggest you fire that lady who is answering the phone as she is useless in her job and give her more training as she doesnt have customer service skills....

I asked the delivery driver where my salad was, and he told me to call the store. So, naturally I do, however, they proceed to tell me, after holding for a half an hour, they only credit or deliver the item. Since it was a salad, and we ate the pizza already, we weren't interested in the credit. Domino's has a satisfaction guarantee, but apparently the manager Joe Gagliardi couldn't come to the phone because he was "too busy." Apparently, only Joe can refund, and work the ovens too.
