I live near this place and have been there many times. The food was always good and fast. I had a shockingly terrible experience there yesterday. I had friends over helping me with a project and needed to grab some food for them. So, I called and ordered ahead. The guys said it would be 10 to 15 minutes. When I showed up and gave him my name, he had no idea about the order. I had to repeat the whole order to him. It took them an hour from the time I called to get my food ready. It was only food for 3 people and one order was just chips and guac. 35 minutes in, the food was in the window except for 3 tacos. It took them another 25 minutes to make 3 tacos. I asked the guy how my order was coming and he gave me attitude. Right after that, the two guys were yelling at each other. This was such bad timing when I needed to feed my guests who were helping me get ready to move. I hope the owners read this and make some adjustments. This was a great place...

I preordered over the phone for a pickup and service was all good there. Chips do come with it (menu doesn't mention this but they were stale) all cards get charged a service fee when you purchase--that put me in a bad mood.
Burrito came out to $14.16 after tax and a BS service fee..the food tasted ok. Not worth it at all and burrito 🌯 Lacked flavors. I miss the plant based spot that was here before, even though you paid more, it was well worth it.
Hard pass on this joint--go to Los Amigos in Burbank or daniels tacos off...

Food is not the best BUT the customer service was WORSE! I ordered a Green burrito w/ NO CHEESE as I was leaving burbank and when I got to my destination I realized they gave me a RED burrito WITH CHEESE, there was NO LINE my car was the only one there was NO GOOD reason for that mistake to occur. I returned a 2 days later to town with the burrito to get an exchange for THEIR mistake the 1st guy tried to be nice but the guy in the back HAD TERRIBLE CUSTOMER service and refused to get me a new burrito even tho I've been there before...
