push the button 3 times and waited patiently for someone to come unlock the case... no one ever came... finally i went walking to find someone, and there was an employee in an aisle organizing . I asked to get help and she came and helped me. why did it take pushing the button three times and then me giving up. and then somebody sets off the alarm at the front of the store and out of nowhere an employee shows up to turn it off.
