Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Burbank

Way too expensive. Terrible customer service. All the tables were dirty and I asked if I could get one cleared. The response was "We're busy right now. Don't know if we can clear a table". You place your order at the cash register, you get your own drinks and fill them. Then someone brings your pizza to the table you place a plastic number on, and that's the extent of service. Not much different than McDonald's. I tip servers in real restaurants who give me service. Or if I had pizza delivered, for the driver's efforts to get my pizza to me hot. I was surprised when Round Table Pizza put more of my money on hold than the actual bill or the amount I signed for. Especially since this fast food pizza place gives no service. They should warn you of holding more money than the bill at the cash register. Even a sign would work. I think this is sneaky and I didn't agree or know about the extra money of mine they were going to hold. I called American Express and they told me my money won't be released until Round Table Pizza actually charges the correct amount I signed for. Also this pizza was really expensive for such a run down atmosphere. I have had good pizza from other Round Table Pizza restaurants. I paid a lot for double extra cheese. I got some cheese globbed in the middle, but the outer third was dry. Horribly made pizza. I am extremely disappointed and will never go back to...

My first ever one star review. Pizza arrived with both orders wrong, pizza had no source and wings had bones. We call expecting a quick fix and apology, instead they can't find the receipt (we give them all information including order number) and the guy says they can resend it but it will take 2 hours. No refund, extra food, nothing. Then my wife says can you speed it up since we were in front of the others and the guy say, "Well I don't know your order way wrong." So not only can he find it, he suggests we are lying! So we text this guy the receipt and online order. Only then does he offer to speed it up to only 45 minutes, still no extra food or refund. OK guy was terrible and had a tone, but at least we got good food.

But no! 10 minutes later this guy then texts asking us to return the food, and that's after I've been picking the cheese off the top of my souceless pizza so I just know this guys gonna not give us our order now. Just asked for a refund, could not believe this guys tone after it was them...

It has been a long time since I have walked into a round table pizza. Honestly I can’t even remember just how long. My wife and I often pass by this location either on my way to work or when stopping off next door for boba. I looked them up online and saw that they had an all you can eat buffet with salad bar so we figured why not. Not taking into account the current climate and forgetting that this is still returning to normal. There was no salad bar but we were told that someone could make our salads for us. For me part of the salad bar experience is making my own salad. So I went with an individual Montague's All Meat Marvel. It had a good flavor and chew to it. I enjoyed it and I definitely would get it again. My wife went with the chicken club sandwich. It was good, the crusty bread and a good crunch as well as flavor. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was sad to see the restaurant so empty, I hope as everyone feels safer that they will pick up. I know we will be...
