In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Burbank

This In-N-Out Burger we went and it was pretty busy on a Friday night when we arrived. Our car was lined up almost to the end of the street. Luckily, the line moved at a decent pace in the drive through line. By the time we placed our order is was around fifteen minutes so considering the long line of cars this store moves fast.

The person on the drive through taking our orders was very polite and I had a few questions about my order they were helpful in answering. The first window we rolled up to and paid for our order except they forgot one of the fries we originally ordered. The girl attending the window was happy to add that to the order and we finally paid.

The next window was the pick-up window. We always request more salt packets, hot chillies and mustard. When we received our order they forgot the mustard. It's not a biggy but glad we checked our bags before we drove off. They were good about giving us a few extra for the inconvenience.

We like eating our In-N-Out Burger food at home that's close by. Enjoying everything as it was all delicious except one thing I noticed. The burger was really red and uncooked. It's the first time I noticed it this rare. I dissected the bun and contents and threw the double double burgers into a heated pan. This is the workaround and it's pretty fast. The burgers just needed a few minutes then flipped on both sides.

The only thing with this is that the fries got cold. So, I threw the fries into the air fryer for a few minutes and they came out crunchy again. When the fries get cold they got a bit on the soggy side. I bet I'm not the only one that's figured out these In-N-Out Burger tricks to warm and cook food. We turned on Netflix and loaded up our bellies. The food is always delicious at In-N-Out Burger. I'll still give them a high rating as it fresh tasting food.

I love In and Out Burger as a vegan going "off menu". Unfortunately, this location is unbelievably crowded! There was no place to sit either inside or outside. I ate on the cement ground like a homeless person! Nicely, a worker doing clean up offered to bring me out a chair. While the chair arrangement was being made, another worker saved an opened up table for me inside. I appreciated the workers looking out for me as they did, but but who planned out this location without enough dinning space?! There was clearly cement space outside for adding more tables too. The crowd and the lack of dining space makes me not want to return to this Burbank location again. I just found myself there prior to seeing a movie across the street. Van Nuys and Northridge locations don't seem to have this problem at all. The cramped social space made me come down with a cold or Covid a couple of days later. Getting sick because of poor floor planning was not appreciated. Food was good as usual though. Staff was considerate and observant of the situation. I don't hold them responsible at all. Corporate needs to design their restaurants to meet the demand. There is plenty of additional cement patio area to add...

In-N-Out is one of the best fast food chains I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The quality of the food is simply amazing, and the service is always top-notch.

First and foremost, the burgers are incredibly delicious. The beef patties are juicy, perfectly cooked, and have a rich, beefy flavor that is unmatched by any other fast food chain. The buns are also soft and fresh, and the vegetables are crisp and tasty. The secret sauce is simply divine, and adds an extra layer of flavor to an already fantastic burger.

The fries are also a standout menu item. They are cut fresh from whole potatoes, and fried to a crispy golden brown. They are never greasy, and always perfectly salted. Plus, the option to get them "animal style" with grilled onions, cheese, and secret sauce makes them even more irresistible.

The service at In-N-Out is always friendly, efficient, and fast. The employees are clearly well-trained and take pride in their work. They always seem happy to be there, and are eager to make sure that each customer has a great experience.
