McDonald's — Restaurant in Burbank

McDonald's really isn't what it used to be it's now mostly Asian owned franchise that used to be a really fun place to take the kids but now it seems like with all the automated systems they're trying to turn the building into a spaceship it has more of a feel of a modern day coffee shop like Starbucks workers are underpaid it used to be back in the day if you had a McDonald's job you were doing pretty good and it would be a great stepping stone in life but that was back in the day before inflation hit and tax increases before the franchise started getting sold in bits and pieces they substitute all there stupidness with help for their employees to go to college that only goes if you can make so many hours and qualify but with so many people staff that at McDonald's that you're lucky enough if you get 24 work hours the only people there that make 39 our managers and it's still too low to qualify for benefits and it also depends on the number of employees at that company if they even give you benefits or not almost everybody that works at a McDonald's makes 11.50 if you ever went to a McDonald's and wondered why it seems like the cashier at the counter is always pissed off at you it's because they get paid terrible and have to put up with people that give a lot of BS back in high school they told me you needed a high school diploma just to flip burgers at McDonald's that was the old saying the new saying is that you need a college degree to flip burgers at McDonald's major corporations have put a veil over these things if you own a business when did you pay all your employees a decent wage so you can see them doing better in life so you knew that your business was successful so that you knew all your employees had new cars could afford to live take care of their families be able to afford to come to work the world being so screwed up like this is the reason why people resort to criminal activity like drug-dealing robbery and don't forget all the good people that get swept under the table looking for a job buy an automated system that pulls your resume or because someone randomly fish bowls your resume major franchises like McDonald's are what forces people's hand to do Criminal activities and that doesn't count for everybody just the people knowing that they need to take care of their family and that job is not paying them enough and they need to get out there and do something about it God bless for all the people that work at McDonald's I hope they increase your pay not just a dollar but four or five dollars more than what you're getting paid now they can obviously afford it because if they couldn't that means they're running that company by the skin of their teeth on the edge of being bankrupt any moment I've met people working at McDonald's that came out to my table and ask me did I need anything was I good do I want to refill some of those people I felt should have been working in a five star restaurant but people get swept under the table by greed and other people that just don't care about another person so we live in America the land of the home the free and the brave but how can people be brave when they can't guarantee their future how can people be free when they have to slave their lives away at two or three jobs because the major franchise like McDonald's doesn't pay them right and don't even get me started on the home part because you don't pay them right so they can't afford it and hopefully this gets out to enough people so they can understand...

Today I went I ordered a mocha latte over ice. Yolanda ( I got her name from another employee) Yolanda kept telling me they didnt serve this beverage and Ive told her I have ordered it multiple times from this location and I know you serve it. Totally ignoring me she walked away and made me a mocha frappe. I gave it back to her and told her no and I wanted it iced not blended. She repeated that they dont make that. I pointed to the menu and asked if you dont make it why is it on your board. (Iced mocha)She ignores me and continues to make a new beverage but over ice. I asked again why she is telling me no and making it difficult when the menu says other wise. Yolanda continues to ignore me. I asked her for a manager. She ignores me and I try to get the attention from another employee asking for Yolanda name and a manager that employee ignores me. I get the attention of another lead in red.(mind you, I wasnt screaming or being disrespectful. All I wanted was an answer or an apology. I couldnt even get anyone in the store to give me a number and a name for corporate. ) Being a manager if any of my employees did this to any of our guest especially when We are at fault. I wouldn't tolerate it. Im surprised they do here. Even the employee ignored me!!! not sure if her name was Isabel or Aileen one of the two was the employee who ignored me and one was the manager in red that helped me. Im sorry but a person setting that example for her employees to follow should...

Awful service! I have waited in the drive-thru for more than 20 minutes on multiple occasions. Often small details of the order is wrong, like giving pickles when it was ordrred without.

Tonight was the worst! Waited at the drice-thru for 10 minutes and asked to pull inti mobile order spot 1 to get the rest of my ordered while they cooked the chicken tenders. Pulled around and waited 10-15 minutes and out comes the wrong order. The kid then stands in the parking lot holding up the bag to see if someone would claim it. No one did so he goes back inside. After seeing this, I decided to go inside because he didn't seem concerned that I still needed my order. The kid is just standing behind counter ready to take another order. I tell the manager and she is dumb-founded about it. She keeps saying someone else must have taken my order. I respond with my order. We went back and forth at least 5 times until she realized to make me my order. Another 10 minutes later I have my food.

However, I get home to eat with my family (whose food got cold) and my order is wrong. They mimiced the other order with my sandwich!

When I called to complain she tried offering my anothrr combo. Intold her hse would give me my momey back when I have time to go back. Then, I won't go to this...
