Wingstop — Restaurant in Burbank

I stopped by this Wingstop location this morning to use my T-Mobile Tuesday coupon. They had a deal on the three piece tender combo so I took advantage of that. I had to place my order through the website and not the app. So for the spice on the tender I chose the Cajun spice to try it out. I arrived early to the store like when they open because I was getting other food for my wife in the same plaza. I checked in with the lady working the counter and asked if I could get my drink first. After I showed her my email receipt she give me the cup. I just got a soda and waiting inside the store while they were making my food. The place is not that big inside but they also have limited outdoor seating as well.

I saw the worker prep my tenders and the person making it actually checked the temperature to make sure it was properly cooked. Then they worked on the Cajun fries and the smell got me hungry already. My order was ready ahead of my pickup time and since I waited inside the store, I took it home to eat it while it was hot. I found parking just fine in the plaza this store is in. I didn't really like the texture of the tenders, it basically tastes like boneless wings which is not my favorite. They give you a big amount of ranch though so that's great. The Cajun fries were delicious so that was my favorite part about my meal. Wingstop was a good experience. It's in a set apart area in the airport complex. There are only 3 other places in the complex, Randy's donuts and Jersey Mike's as well as the dog haus. Because of that, there's plenty of parking and plenty of seating. I think once those businesses fill up, it will be harder to get in and out, but for now it's pretty easy. We got two kinds of wings, the Lakers garlic and the Korean barbecue. The Lakers garlic was exceptional! The chicken was chunky and protein packed. However, the Korean barbecue was not as chunky and a little more spicy. We decided that next time we would just go all in for the Lakers garlic. The service was very good, the employees were helpful and polite, the place was clean and neat, and everything was in its proper place. I think because they don't have a lot of foot traffic, it's probably easy to keep up the place. While we waited for the chicken to get cooked, we got a couple of donuts for later. It's a nice little complex, not too noisy or crowded. An ice cream shop...

Ordered food last night through Uber Eats and got the atomic, mango habanaro, garlic parmesan, and lemonade pepper. All were absolutely amazing. Order wasnt ready when I was notified (but it's an estimate not a 100% guarantee) was going to order a drink while I waited but they were extremely nice and gave me a drink for free since it was taking longer than expected. I know it's just a drink but the generosity is exceptional. Disclaimer! (Never expect a business to provide a free item just because of an inconvenience. Thats usually to the discretion of management and should never be requested by the customer) The employees were awesome and very professional. Never been to this location but ill be sure to cone here next time I want some wings!🔥🔥🔥 Forgot to mention how clean the place was. Hands down one of the neatest wing stops ive been to in Los Angeles. Wanna highlight how seriously these employees take their responsibilities.
