I’d give this location a solid 3.5⭐️

👍🛏️ Rooms look fairly recently renovated. Nice and clean! No carpet is always a plus for me personally. Overall location looks excellent and has a pleasant aesthetic.

👍💵 The price is great and it’s within a decent location, being in proximity to Glendale and North Hollywood.

👋🚗 Parking within interior is very limited, but there’s plenty of parking all around the building outside. You can access doors using your room’s key, so it’s a quick walk. Overall, not a big inconvenience for me.

👋🍽️ No included breakfast, but there is a restaurant at the location or a snack store.

👎🛣️ It’s located right next to the freeway, and my room on the 4th floor and at the corner of the building was facing it.

👎💨 While the unit itself is excellently renovated (as of Dec. 2023), the HVAC system didn’t seem to receive the same treatment. Whenever the ventilation unit would activate, it would do so EXTREMELY LOUD through the night. Too noisy…

👎🚿 The water pressure level could use an adjustment since it was a little weak for my liking, at least in my particular unit. No issues with the bath/shower otherwise.

⚖️ In conclusion, the physical location and the state of the units is excellent, but high level of noise can impact your restful night. I have no problem recommending it though if you the noise...

Started at 5 stars… the room was big and clean right next to the pool (room 135), check in was easy, price was decent, for a family of four it would have been nice if there was maybe a table and chairs or extra seating there was only one chair in the room, noise wasn’t bad besides people walking above us, we only stayed one night and everything seemed great but I realized I had bites on my legs after we had checked out thankfully I was the only one but I’m also pregnant so that’s not fun (I’m assuming it was a bed bug I didn’t have any bites on my legs before sleeping in the hotel and woke up with them we checked out fairly early and were in a hurry to get ready and check out because we had somewhere to be I didn’t notice them until my legs started itching in the car right after leaving the hotel), since I had already checked out and everything was paid I didn’t make it an issue but I did call to let them know so they could handle it and hopefully not put anyone else in that room (they said they would look into it) overall the hotel is remodeled and nice but because of my experience I probably won’t stay there again I haven’t seen any others reviews talking about something similar so hopefully this isn’t a...

We loved you all from the moment we booked until we left. I thought booking a 2 star would be like booking a 2 star. I just wanted somewhere clean to sleep. But you were a 5 star in every way that matters.

Your staff was so helpful when I called to book. Answered all of my questions and provided me with personal suggestions.

When we had an issue with our room leaking. We were met with problem solving individuals. We were called when the issue was resolved. We were offered another sleeping arrangement. And a free night which was honestly the best I thought it could be. But nope we came back from a long day to a bag and fridge full of treats with a note from the manager (who had also called me to apologize as well earlier in the day).

The porters befriended my son and made sure he had mints for his fanny pack every morning. The breakfast was simple but we grabbed items and enjoyed them on our way to our daily destinations.

I have never been treated so well. And I thank you all for the kindness you extended to us and our son. I will be sure to tell everyone headed your way.
