(DONT USE YOUR CARD THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY) So last night i went to get food late night at this branch around 4 or almost going 5am and the lady that works in the drive thru charged me twice with my card for my order($14.64) , so i came around and told her you charged me twice and can I possibly get my refund which she didnt do and told me she couldnt really do anything about it cuz she cant open the register . She literally told me that she ran the card twice cuz it was cancelled the first time which never happens so i guess she swiped it again , cuz i go to this jack n the box all the time when i finish my long work of doordashing and they are usually nice but the lady that worked that night was not as good as the manager that i talked to today , really kind and cared for her customer ... IMAGINE HOW MANY PEOPLE SHE(DRIVE THRU LADY) HAVE/HAD TAKEN MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMERS . SHE SHOULD BE WORKING AT THE BACK COOKING OR SCRUBBING TILES INSTEAD OF WORKING IN THE FRONT . Read moreWorst experience ever. I went to the drive thru to place a simple order. Keep in mind I'm just passing by I don't live in Burbank. I get home and find out wrong order. So I call so I can get a refund and they say I have to drive all the way back for a refund and they couldn't help me over the phone. At this point im upset. Robert the shift leader or manager decides to hang up on me. So I drive all the way back to burbank for my refund at this point in not very happy. To top it off not only did I not get my money back Robert called the cops on me saying I was too loud. He was loud and pointing his finger all in my face. Asking for a receipt. Thats When I requested cooperates # and continued to wait for the number. But he keep dragging it on and I never received refund or phone #. ROBERT was very unprofessional calling me "Bro" as if I was some teenager. At the end I paid for something and didn't get what I paid for. Still waiting...
Read moreA few days ago I stopped by to get breakfast in the morning, I decided to go inside of the location, I wanted to eat inside. I approached the counter, while looking at the menu, this gentleman, whom I assume is the manager, walks up to counter and begins yelling at me. He stated that if I see that he is busy that I have to use the kiosk. Not even a good morning or a welcome to Jack in the box. First of all if you are busy how about you put up a sign stating use kiosk. It's not my fault that you are under staffed during peak hours in the morning. I've been a customer of this location for over 25 years, ever since I moved to Burbank, it's in my neighborhood. It's sad that corporations don't care about customer service anymore, they put these kiosks in and expect the customers to do their job, what's next? Cooking our own food? You've lost a loyal customer. I'll be taking my business to the Sun Valley location...
