The Burger King was the worst I've ever been to. The food was horrible! Our King Steakhouse burgers were so dry we couldn't even eat them plus there were only 4 French fried onions on both burgers and no steak sauce! Seriously people! You only have one job and you just couldn't figure it out? Cashier at drive thru window was rude when I asked her for some ranch after saying excuse me to her 12 times she finally looks over at me and says What? Ranch please I said and with a heavy sigh and an eye roll she slapes 1 ranch into my hand! 1 ranch? Wow sorry to bother you at your job I said to her and left. I wanted to bring the burgers back and complain but looping back thru the drive thru would of taken forever because there were about 15 cars in the drive thru and the lobby is closed due to Covid 19.    Read moreWell first of all let me just say how much this small shopping mall makes me feel like I never left burien!The people at Ace hardware are amazing and always make me feel like family.They are all amazingly helpful and I've never had an issue with a return if it didn't work out!Next to ACE is Pet Smart which can I just say is always nice to have around they have an amazing dog trainer there named Loranga who has worked wonders with puppy. I will always recommend going there to ask just about anything pet related and they never make you feel pressured in to buying anything you aren't ready for or can't afford.I could go on and on about them.But that's not it people then you have Bartells who are amazing so sweat alway make me feel important and never have I ever asked their pharmacist a question they couldn't answer!?How great!...
   Read moreThe machines are constantly are out of service, the jacuzzi is closed more often than ever, no hot water to shower with recently, the locks and vending machines sometimes don't work... Even the water fountain doesn't work. It took two months to get it sort of fixed. And one more thing, sometimes there is no toilet paper in the bathrooms. I have sent two or three emails complaining about this situations and the response is either a useless "thank you for telling us" or an excuse dismissing the problems entirely. I've sent management pictures of the problems and talked to the person in charge, because they do charge a monthly maintenance fee. And their response is again a defensive posture, not a positive one. So, where is that maintenance...
