This Pho Tai restaurant serves fairly decent food, although customer service is mediocre. The mother appears more sincere than the son, who seems to be a family member but lacks training in customer care. I experienced difficulty with ordering, having to repeat myself multiple times. After taking my order, he instructed me to place the menu in the corner without so much as a please or thank you, which I found somewhat rude.

Moving on to the food, I noticed that the combo noodles I ordered did not come with meatballs. To add meatballs, I had to order a minimum of three, which incurred an additional $3 charge for three small pieces. The broth and vermicelli dish, however, were satisfactory.

Notably, the process for ordering sandwiches differs from other establishments. To order a combination sandwich, one must select two meats; if unsure, the young man will inquire, requiring a review of the menu. I found his assistance to be somewhat lacking. He would subsequently discuss the order with his mother in their native language, which I observed and did not...

this place has terrible customer service guys please don't support this place and give them a lesson in humility, the guy who was waiting told me that he didn't know about food from his country just because I tried to order a soup with meat (pho tai steak ) and he said I wouldn't like it... he wanted to give me what he wanted, he got super rude and told me that if I didn't like it I would leave the place so I had to leave. Since I walked through the door he behaved with a bad attitude, maybe because I'm Hispanic or because I'm gay, I don't know, the guy, I think he was very racist, other Hispanics who were tied up about to go in to eat, seeing how he treated me, left the room. place I think that type of person should not be in terrible customer service very bad experience so we decided to come to another place that is delicious will not disappoint...

Have come to this restaurant for over 10 years, always great experience and good food. I'm leaving a two star review because came in today had a bit of a cold so I wanted to take my precautions with other customers so I wanted to sit somewhere in the back close to the restrooms. When I set there a lady eith punk and white steipped sweater approached me and said I couldn't sit there as the next table was getting ready to leave so I said ok no problem I will sit on that table and I explain I was sick so I didn't want to sit in the middle section next to other customers she rudly said no and told the other servers not to clean that table for us. Waited ther efor 20+ min nothing so ended up leaving. It's sad to see such a bad customer service in a place that have food food. Not sure if I...

I'm a super picky pho person, it's all in the broth. This isn't my first pick of place but it is closer. Yesterday I ordered chicken teriyaki for my son and a seafood pho for myself. My kid is a super picky meat eater and I can tell his opinion of the meat by how much he eats and he did devour it, meaning the chicken was good and lean. Their pho is pretty good, too much imitation crab imo thats really rubbery and I really hate that they don't have their own chili sauce like most pho places as that's what usually makes the pho to my liking. All in all though they are speedy with service and relatively pleasant when communicating so that's why I return when I'm not in the mood for a further drive.

Normally this place has better service, I felt like I was being rushed for my to go order. A order was place 15 mins after mines. I see them place a order on the side, 5 to 10 mins go by and the call out a to go order. So I get up and he shake his head to tell me not my order. The guy who place his order 15 mins after me got his food. Then he ask me to see my receipt. My food was the food Just sitting there. I asked for my child's drink and they said the don't do that anymore. But it's still on the menu and my receipt at the bottom.when I order the kids meal, they should of told me.
