This Pho Tai restaurant serves fairly decent food, although customer service is mediocre. The mother appears more sincere than the son, who seems to be a family member but lacks training in customer care. I experienced difficulty with ordering, having to repeat myself multiple times. After taking my order, he instructed me to place the menu in the corner without so much as a please or thank you, which I found somewhat rude.

this place has terrible customer service guys please don't support this place and give them a lesson in humility, the guy who was waiting told me that he didn't know about food from his country just because I tried to order a soup with meat (pho tai steak ) and he said I wouldn't like it... he wanted to give me what he wanted, he got super rude and told me that if I didn't like it I would leave the place so I had to leave. Have come to this restaurant for over 10 years, always great experience and good food. I'm leaving a two star review because came in today had a bit of a cold so I wanted to take my precautions with other customers so I wanted to sit somewhere in the back close to the restrooms. When I set there a lady eith punk and white steipped sweater approached me and said I couldn't sit there as the next table was getting ready to leave so I said ok no problem I will sit on that table and I explain I was sick so I didn't want to sit in the middle section next to other customers she rudly said no and told the other servers not to clean that table for us.
