The menu offers all the classic Vietnamese dishes you would expect. They serve a great variety, from pho and spring rolls to vermicelli bowls and banh mi. The food is not only delicious, but the portions are also really generous. You definitely get your money’s worth! My pho came out hot and flavorful, with a rich broth and tender meat.

I tried their com tam with grilled pork, and it was outstanding. The rice was soft, and the pork was grilled to perfection—tender with a slightly charred flavor. The side of fish sauce gave it the right touch of sweet and tangy.

The hu tieu nam vang was also a standout. The broth was light yet full of flavor, and it came with a generous amount of shrimp, pork, and noodles. The balance of flavors was spot on, making it one of the best I’ve had.

As for their fried chicken, it was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The seasoning was perfect, with just the right amount of crunch and flavor. It’s the kind of fried chicken you can’t stop eating, and it’s definitely a dish I’ll be ordering again.

The decor inside the restaurant is lovely. It has a very clean and relaxed atmosphere. You can tell they put effort into keeping the place spotless, which made the whole dining experience even better. The vibe is calm and laid-back.

But what really stood out to me was the service. The staff is absolutely top-notch—some of the nicest people I’ve met at a restaurant. They are friendly, welcoming, and make you feel like a valued customer from the moment you step in. They’re always smiling and quick to help with anything you need. It really adds a personal touch that makes the experience...

As a Miami local, I’m always on the lookout for hidden gems, and I recently stumbled upon 3Bros Vietnamese Restaurant, which has quickly become my go-to spot for both casual dining and business meetings.

From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere, a perfect blend of Vietnamese charm and French elegance, thanks to the lovely owner who brings her unique background to the table. Her passion for authentic Vietnamese cuisine is evident in every dish, and her friendly demeanor makes you feel right at home.

The menu is a delightful journey through traditional Vietnamese flavors, featuring fresh, healthy ingredients that are both vibrant and satisfying. I highly recommend the pho, which is rich and aromatic, and the banh mi sandwiches, which are bursting with flavor. Each dish is prepared with care, showcasing the authenticity that sets this restaurant apart.

What really makes 3Bros special for me is its suitability for business meetings. The ambiance is conducive to conversation, and the owner is always attentive to her customers, ensuring that every visit is a pleasant experience. I’ve hosted several meetings here, and my clients have always left impressed, not just by the food but by the overall experience.

UPDATE: I've returned to try their papaya salad with chicken and the vermicelli bowl with pork. The meat on both dishes were dry. The pork was like thin, strips of beef jerk whereas the chicken was overcooked.

Also, not enough fish sauce was provided for each as only one small container per dish was packed to-go.

Overall, I will continue to visit, but only for the pho and to try the bahn mi's that are new to the menu.

Highly recommend 3 Bros! After many visits to a number of Viet spots to find "my" pho spot from Normandy Park to White Center, 3 Bros hits the spot! Especially when battling a cold, a bowl of pho & a neti pot rinse always work.

Their pho broth is delicious; I didn't have to add a lot of hoisin sauce or sambal oelek chili paste. The pho accoutrements - thai basil, bean sprouts, jalapeno and sliced white onion & green onion - each were fresh and crisp too.

My next visit, I look forward to trying out my fave viet dish, a grilled pork vermicelli bowl.

Service wise, I have only ordered take out in-person. Upon entry, the staff provides a warm welcome and the wait for take-out is not...

I recently dined at 3Bros Vietnamese Restaurant, if I can give them more than 5 stars I would. It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. I have fish sauce fried chicken, Pho and Broken rice with Pork. The portions were incredibly generous, perfect for anyone with a hearty appetite. Despite the large servings, the prices were very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. Each dish was a delicious journey through authentic Vietnamese flavors, prepared with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. Their 3Bros yakult drink is amazing!! You should try! One of the standout aspects of 3Bros was the unexpected freebies! The complimentary gifts added a special touch that made the meal even more memorable. It's rare to find such a combination of quality, quantity, and affordability in one place. If you're looking for a fantastic Vietnamese dining experience, look no further than 3Bros. I'll definitely be returning soon!
