We always ask for the food to be made fresh. We always tell the servers “we don’t mind waiting” that way there’s no pressure, and we still get the quality of food that we expect. We went there the other day, looking to treat ourselves because we do like a good BK sandwich from time to time… we asked “would you please make this fresh, we don’t mind waiting.” The cashier acknowledged our request, we paid and we went and had a seat while we waited for our food. About 5 mins or so passed, and here they are with our food. We were surprised at how quick it was given we asked for it to be made fresh. They did inform us their grill was down, because of repairs, and that it would take a while to get it back up. So we accepted the fact that the burgers we ordered may not be as fresh as we’d like, but everything else should have been made fresh, and it was NOT. Highly disappointing experience. If the customer doesn’t care and doesn’t ask for fresh food, then sure, serve them what you got on standby I guess, but then they specify it’s to be made fresh, that’s what they should get. That’s just good customer service, at the very least. The cashier ended up telling us at the end that he was the store manager, and had the cook remake ONE of our sandwiches, and then he compensated us for the old stale food by one free hersheys pie… thanks for the attempt at reconciliation, but y’all...

I only have a $100 bill, and one heck of a sore throat. So I thought I would bless someone this holiday season and just give them the full $100 when I got to the window. Well the man working didn’t even let me finish saying the word milkshake, before cutting me off and saying it’s too late they’re closing at midnight. Sir, it was 11pm, if your milkshake machine takes an hour to clean then your company is failing you. Read moreThe manager I believe I saw her name was Kimberly was the only one we saw in the back.She was on her phone ignoring us and no one took our order for a good 5 minutes, until finally she got off her phone and took our order.She kind of made me feel bad for what I decided to order. which was a chicken sandwich combo once I said that she then sounded very judgmental about it .It almost made me feel bad to the point where I just wanted to go ahead and cancel my order but I didn't.so I paid for it and I noticed I didn't get my drink so I went back up to the counter and told her I needed my cup.
